Goalie Basics Activity 1: Arc Organization: Coaching Points: - Make an arc of small cones running - Focus on heads up, not crossing feet outside of goal from left to right pole - Face Forward, do not stand on goal line (top is 5-7 ft away from goal line) - Hands up! Return to original position - Goalies line up (x) outside of goal, and and repeat at go, shuffle inarc pattern working perimeter of goal (one at a time).
