As you will appreciate, these are valuable items that cannot be replaced, so we keep them safe for you until you need them. HOW FAR IS THE CHAMPIONSHIPS, WIMBLEDON FROM SOUTHFIELDS UNDERGROUND STATION? The ground is approximately a 15 minute walk from the station. Alternatively there is a taxi rank located directly outside the station. HOW DO I BOOK HOSPITALITY FOR WIMBLEDON? You can choose and book your hospitality experience on our Wimbledon event page. Here you will be able to view all available packages and facilities and book directly online via our basket and checkout facility. IF I COME BY LONDON UNDERGROUND, HOW DO I GET TO THE HOSPITALITY FACILITIES? There is a shuttle bus that runs between The Gatsby Club and Southfields Underground Station. We run a constant shuttle service in the morning and afternoon but heavy traffic at peak times can slow the service down. CAN I BRING MY BRIEFCASE/LUGGAGE INTO THE GROUND? Strict security procedures will be carried out at The Championships, including bag searches. All bags will be restricted to a maximum size of 16 x 12 x 12 (40cm x 30cm x 30cm). No hardsided cases (including briefcases) will be allowed into the grounds. Larger bags may be deposited in the left luggage cabin outside the ground. WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE? We request clients dress on the smarter side of casual i.e. no jeans or trainers. Jackets and ties are not obligatory. 06

WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE TO MEET MY GUESTS? The best place to meet your guests is at your designated table. Our hostesses will escort you and your guests to this location whenever they arrive. CAN I WATCH MATCHES ON CENTRE COURT AND NO.1 COURT? Unfortunately not. Packages are purchased for specific courts at the time of booking. That said, if you wish to purchase Centre Court tickets for half of your party and the other half for No.1 Court, you will be covered! WHO WILL I SEE PLAYING? You can view the scheduled order of play by round. The official order of play is not known until the evening before a match and is produced by The AELTC Referee. Check www.wimbledon.com for the latest schedule of play. Alternatively, you can download the Wimbledon app for all the latest news. DO YOU EMPLOY OFFICIAL PHOTOGRAPHERS ON EVENT DAY? We occasionally employ the services of a professional photographer/videographer to capture hospitality images for use by Keith Prowse in marketing activities which may include, but is not limited to the following: our own and third-party uses. Please speak to a member of staff if you wish to be exempt from this activity. DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING BEFORE THE EVENT? Prior to your attendance you will need to assign e-vent documentation to each attending guest. Detailed instructions of how to do this will be emailed to yourself. Please note, for security reasons all guests names must be added before the event, otherwise it could result in guests being refused entry. WHO SHOULD I INFORM IF MY GUESTS HAVE DIETARY REQUIREMENTS? You can add guest s dietary requirements via My Account. Any severe intolerances or kosher requests need to be made one week before your arrival. We always do our best to accommodate all dietary requirements, but requests made less than 48 hours before attendance cannot be guaranteed. CAN YOU ENSURE THAT ALL OF MY DEBENTURE SEATS WILL BE TOGETHER? Debenture tickets are sold in pairs, but we will try our utmost to seat you next to, or near to each other. As an official supplier, our ticket provision from The AELTC is very good. Seats are allocated to clients a few days prior to the date you are due to attend. HOW FAR IS THE GATSBY CLUB FROM THE GROUND? The Gatsby Club is less than a two minute stroll from the ground. There is a shuttle buggy located outside The Gatsby Club should anyone feel they need a lift. DO YOU SEND COURT TICKETS OUT IN THE POST? No, we will send out a ground pass for each guest so that they can gain access to the AELTC and then on day your Centre Court ticket will be given out during lunch. As you will appreciate, these are valuable items that cannot be replaced, so we keep them safe for you until you need them. Please note that we are unable to provide duplicate ground passes, so please use a secure method when sending to your guests. ARE YOUR FACILITIES ACCESSIBLE? All facilities are fully accessible but the booker must notify Keith Prowse at the time of booking or two weeks before the event (whichever is sooner). Players Tables (within The Lawn) have a step and are not wheelchair accessible. Guests requiring accessible courtside seats must submit a request in advance of completing their booking; accessible seating is subject to availability and managed by the All England Lawn Tennis Club. 07
