Bulldog Hockey History The Garfield Hts. Youth Hockey Program is one of the oldest programs in the Greater Cleveland area. The program has a history of producing some very good players as well as some very good teams. 2018 will begin the program s 50 th Anniversary Season! From our humble beginnings in 1968, to the present where 50% of our teams qualified for the C.S.H.L. playoffs. Garfield Hts., was, and still is, a hockey hub in the Greater Cleveland area. The hockey program & booster club has always maintained a very good relationship with the City and it s City leaders. The booster club has a great reputation for putting on the best run tournaments in this part of the country, through the tireless efforts of volunteers.
