Benefit Nights at provide non profit making organisation s with the perfect opportunity to earn substantial revenues, ranging from 2,000 to 50,000 for a one night fundraising event. Our goal is to help you make your fundraising event an overwhelming success. To help achieve this we can either meet your committee at Shelbourne Park or alternatively we would be delighted to travel to your venue and meet your organizing committee. Our proven track record at hosting successful benefit race events relies on the active participation of the organisation involved. We help to make the entire fundraising experience easier by providing expert guidance and support to the organising committee. WHY RUN A FUNDRAISER AT SHELBOURNE PARK GREYHOUND STADIUM? We assist in making your fundraising event an overwhelming success We develop a strategy to minimise your workload We make the experience easier by providing expert guidance and support Provide an exciting, great value social night out for your supporters and patrons Our priority is to make your event a total success and our resources are applied accordingly. We can focus on fundraising, catering and providing a night full of excitement.

STANDARD FUNDRAISING EVENT The stadium gives the fundraising committee pre-printed tickets to sell that entitles the bearer to entrance and race card to the stadium. (Tickets with organisations logo, colours etc can be organised at an additional cost) The organiser s determine the ticket price (please note normal stadium admission price is 10 includes race card). In advance of the event the organisers meet with the stadium and return the unsold tickets. 4 per ticket sold is redeemed by the stadium for a Saturday night fundraising event & 3 for a Wednesday/Thursday fundraising event. The organiser s profit through ticket sales alone is therefore a minimum 6 per ticket sold for a Saturday fundraising event and 7 for a Wednesday/Thursday night. There is a minimum charge for 150 tickets @ 4 for a Saturday night event and 100 tickets @ 3 for a Wednesday/Thursday event.

ADDITIONAL REVENUE STREAMS AVAILABLE Fundraising groups are permitted to run a raffle on the night at the main entrance. All proceeds from the raffle are retained by the fundraising group. Raffle tickets can be sold to all stadium general admission patrons. Fundraising groups can sell advertising space in the race card to local businesses (1st 6 pages are FOC & a nominal charge is made for any additional pages. Proceeds from advertising sold go straight to fundraising group) Other revenue streams in relation to race sponsorship, dog nominators and hospitality are open & can be explained when we meet your fundraising committee. is now firmly established as one of the leading fundraising venues in Dublin and we are available to go out and meet your committee to explain all the options.

LARGE FUNDRAISING EVENT ( 10,000+) The large fundraising option is ideal for fundraising groups who can sell a high volume of tickets and/or advertising space in the race card. Instead of a charge per ticket sold there is a flat charge of 4,000 to cover the below: The stadium gives the fundraising committee pre-printed tickets to sell that entitles the bearer to entrance and race card to the stadium. (Tickets with organisations logo, colours etc can be organised at an additional cost) This outlay entitles the fundraising group to Sell: 1) A maximum 2000 admission tickets for the event at their determined price (eg: 1500 @ 10 = 15,000) 2) Race sponsorship for a minimum 10 races with proceeds going to the fundraising group (normally 12 races on a Saturday night) 3) Advertising space in the race card (maximum 20 pages) 4) Raffle tickets on the night at the main entrance to all stadium general admission patrons. 5) Dog nominators for dogs running in each race

LARGE FUNDRAISING EVENT CONTINUED... FOR EXAMPLE: 1500 admission tickets sold @ 10... 15,000 Sponsorship of 11 races @ 500... 5,500 Raffle on the night... 2,000 Race card advertising 20 pages @ 150... 3,000 Dog nominators 66 @ 25... 1,650 Less stadium recharge... - 4,000 Profit... 23,150 Hospitality opportunities also exist which can be incorporated separately into the fundraising option you decide upon. The stadium contains a 450 seated grandstand restaurant, seven corporate suites overlooking the track and covered BBQ area ideal for fundraising events. Outstanding monies owed in relation to the night must be settled on the night of the event. 3. No admission tickets can be sold in the vicinity of the stadium on the lead up to the event or on the night of the event. 4. Cancellation policy - Deposits are transferable but only to a date within the same calendar year and are strictly only refundable if the original date booked is resold to another group. 5.
