Golfing Through the Decades Annual Golf Tournament Monday, June 19, 2017 at Crow Canyon Country Club in Danville Join IREM San Francisco Bay Area for our Annual Golf Tournament while going back in time through the decades at this day of fun, food, friends, and golf! 2017 Sponsorship Levels Platinum Sponsor - $3,000 (Only 1 Available) Sponsor s name and/or logo will be included on all publicity associated with Including but not limited to: o Player Registration Form o Printed Tournament Program distributed to all players the day of o Broadcast emails and the IREM website at www.iremsf.org Hole #1 will be designated as the Platinum Sponsor s hole. The sponsor may serve food or drinks at this hole (price of food or beverages not included in $3,000 sponsorship fee). The sponsor will staff this hole throughout the day ensuring personal contact with all of the players. The sponsor will receive a free foursome in Sponsor s logo will be placed on each golf cart. Two lunches will be provided to company representative A banner displaying the sponsor s name and/or logo will face the course throughout the day. Additional signage may also be placed in pre-approved locations. Banners to be supplied by the sponsor. Four tickets to the Awards Banquet Dinner are included. Sponsor will receive a cart for use by staff at the hole. Food and/or beverages may not be distributed from the cart. Awards Banquet Dinner Sponsor - $1,000 (Only 1 Available) Sponsor receives 50% discount on a foursome in Sponsor banner will be displayed in the banquet hall. Banners to be supplied by the sponsors. Sponsors will be recognized during the Awards Banquet Dinner. Dinner tickets will be given to all attendees. The tickets will include the sponsoring company s logo. Table tents will be displayed at each table with the sponsoring company s logos. Four tickets to the Dinner will be provided to company representatives Sponsorship includes a $50 raffle prize to be awarded at the Awards Banquet Dinner. Photo Sponsor - $950 (Only 1 available) A professional photographer will be on the course taking photos of all foursomes on behalf of your company. One company representative can ride in the cart with the photographer throughout the day. All photos will be printed with the sponsoring company s logo and will be available at the Awards Banquet Dinner. Two tickets to the Awards Banquet Dinner will be provided to company representatives not playing in The sponsor will be recognized in the printed Tournament Program & at the Awards Banquet Dinner. Grand Prize Sponsor - $850 (Only 1 Available) The Grand Prize ($500 value) will be raffled off at the Awards Banquet Dinner. The grand prize will be selected and purchased by IREM. Sponsor will be provided with a golf cart for the day to promote the Grand Prize out on the course. Each player will receive one raffle ticket courtesy of the sponsor at registration. All additional raffle tickets will be sold to players throughout the day. Company representatives will draw the winning name at the Awards Banquet Dinner. Putting Contest Sponsor - $600 (Only 1 Available) A $100 prize is included with this sponsorship to be awarded to the golfer who wins the putting contest. The tickets for 2 free putts will include the sponsoring company s name and logo. Additional putts will be sold for at 2 for $5. A table will be available at the Putting Contest for the sponsor to display signage, company literature, distribute novelties, etc. Two Awards Banquet Dinner tickets will be provided to company representatives not playing in the tournament. A sign will be prominently displayed at the putting contest announcing the sponsor. Sponsor will be recognized at the Awards Banquet Dinner. Breakfast Sponsor - $500 (Only 1 Available) A sign, provided by IREM, will be prominently displayed at the brunch area announcing the sponsor. Breakfast burritos are available to all players (included in sponsorship fee). Sponsor may serve bloody mary s, mimosas, etc. from Breakfast area. Sponsor may provide logo d napkins for the Breakfast Burrito table. A table will be available near the Breakfast Burrito table for the sponsor to display signage, company literature, distribute novelties, etc. Two tickets to the Awards Banquet Dinner will be provided to company representatives The sponsor will be recognized in the printed Tournament Program and at the Awards Banquet Dinner. Box Lunch Sponsor - $450 (Only 1 Available) Labels with the sponsor logo will be placed on all box lunches distributed to players. Closest-to-the-Pin Sponsor - $500 (Available Holes 4, 8, 12 & 16) $50 gift certificate is included in the sponsorship cost to be awarded to the closest-to-the pin winner at each hole on behalf of the sponsor. Each Par 3 on the course also part of the Ace Adventure Hole in One contest at no additional fee. Sponsors will be announced as the prizes are distributed at the Awards Banquet Dinner. Food Hole Sponsor - $450 + Cost of Food (Available Holes #5, 7, 10, 14, 17) A sign, provided by IREM, will be prominently displayed at the hole announcing the sponsor. The sponsor will serve food/snacks at a specified hole (sponsor is responsible for purchasing whatever food items they would like to serve. Bottled water may be served from these holes, no other drinks permitted). Two lunches and two tickets to the Awards Banquet Dinner will be provided to company representatives Sponsors are encouraged to decorate within the decades theme. Mulligan Sponsor - $200 (Only 1 Available) Sponsor everyone s favorite ticket the mulligan! This sponsorship is ideal for Industry Partners who are unable to staff a sponsorship at the tournament but still want to have visibility with the players. Each mulligan ticket enables a golfer to replay a shot without a penalty stroke. One ticket will be included in each player s ticket packet; additional mulligans may be purchased at registration. Mulligan tickets will display the sponsor s name and logo. No staffing is required for this sponsorship; however, a company representative may help sell the mulligans at registration. Sponsor will be recognized in the printed Tournament Program distributed to all players at registration.
