A message from Peter Linton, Club President I am pleased to announce the Club s 2015 Sponsorship and Promotion Package to you. 2014 was a terrific year with our teams being more competitive and more support off field to assist our hardworking Committee. Our intention is to build on last year s success and improve again both on and off field. This can only be achieved by the wonderful support received from our sponsors. Our Club membership is the envy of many others and we are constantly looking at initiatives to further increase this strong base. With numbers over 470, made up of players and supporters, we are in a strong position to offer a welcoming, family-friendly environment. We proudly have over 300 players competing in junior and senior football and netball competition. Significant Achievements At the Yinnar Football and Netball Club we know there are many indicators that define the success of a Club. The attached Sponsorship and Promotion package details the many avenues used to promote our sponsors. The Club is affiliated with the Mid Gippsland Football League, the Mid Gippsland Netball Association, the Central Gippsland Junior Football League and the Churchill Indoor Netball Association. Through these affiliations, the many people attending YFNC matches on a weekly basis are exposed to the numerous avenues used by the Club to promote our Sponsors. The Club aims to conduct business on a professional level that has been recognised by several sectors of the community. The Club has three package levels available to our Sponsors. These are: Premier, Major and Club.
PREMIER SPONSOR The Premier Sponsor package is available to one Sponsor only. The Premier Sponsor package offers the highest level of exposure and promotion of the Club Sponsorship packages. The Premier Sponsor package provides the following promotional benefits: Letterhead & fax cover sheet The Premier Sponsor is listed on the Club letterhead and fax cover sheet and is used for all official correspondence. Car bumper stickers The Premier Sponsor is clearly identified on the stickers. These are distributed to all supporters, members & the wider community. This represents great exposure throughout Latrobe community. Primary School Clinics As a part of the Club s Junior Development Program, involving approximately 200 children, all receive Club kits including bumper stickers. This is a great opportunity to promote the Premier Sponsor. Ground entrance signage The Premier Sponsor has exclusive use of this very high profile location for signage at the entry to the Yinnar Recreation Reserve. Senior track suit tops Worn by the Senior grade on all match days, with the Premier Sponsor business name is detailed on the rear of the track suit tops. Club banner The team huddle banner displaying the Club logo & sponsors message is on show at ¼ & ¾ time of the weekly senior match. Weekly incentive awards Awards are named after individual Sponsors, with the player judged best on ground named as recipient of the Premier Sponsor award. These awards are promoted in MGFL Spectator weekly & Club Newsletter. Town signage The Premier Sponsor has exclusive use of signage in prominent location in the main street of Yinnar. Playing jumpers Advertising logos are placed on all jumpers giving excellent exposure throughout the MGFL on match day. The Premier Sponsor has exclusive call on promotion on the senior team playing jumpers. MGFL Spectator Official weekly match day program of MGFL, over 1,500 copies of the Spectator are distributed every week. The Premier Sponsors business receives headline billing in this publication. Team sheets Weekly selected teams are displayed in Yinnar businesses for all football teams. Great exposure gained to the local Yinnar community. Social function advertising Premier Sponsor named on all social function advertising and widely distributed throughout the Club and community. Membership tickets Premier Sponsor detailed on all membership tickets, with over 470 members receiving a ticket annually. Club merchandise Club apparel features the Premier Sponsors business name. Club clothing is very popular and is widely worn by players, members and supporters. Scoreboard & advertising This highly prominent location will feature the Premier Sponsors signage. Seasons passes Two season pass tickets will be provided to Sponsors for use during home games through the season. MAJOR SPONSOR The Major Sponsor package is available to a limited number of sponsors only. The Major Sponsor package offers the second highest level of exposure and promotion of the available packages.
