The aft cabin provides the owner with a spacious very private stateroom that is well separated from the guests forward. The interior of the yacht is Teak with comfortable carpet throughout. The Yacht has reverse cycle heating and cooling with separate controls in each area. There are many opening hatches and port lights to allow you to open up the yacht when weather permits. The aft deck, cockpit, and fly bridge provide great outdoor living space. The Aft deck is up high and provides a great view when at the dock or at sea. The cockpit gives you great access to the water and makes launching the Dingy much easier than traditional crane setups from up higher on the vessel. The Galley and Salon are on the same level and provide a very open feel and the Galley is a pleasure to work in at sea. Oversize windows are port and starboard and forward letting in lots of light. The Master Stateroom aft gives you a much larger space than is typically found on this size vessel. The stateroom also gives you a private head with separate stall shower. Forward you will find a large center-line queen in the bow and a bunk room to port that doubles as an office. Galley The U shaped Galley is on the starboard aft corner of the salon. The Galley is very well equipped and provides ample storage and counter space. The forward counter has a smooth surface 4 burner cook top with a convection microwave overhead. The refrigerator and freezers are aft up at eye level making access much easier than floor mounted units. The sink and dishwasher are right under the large starboard window. Flybridge The upper helm provides full engine instruments, engine controls, Garmin touchscreen chart plotter, radar, bow thruster control, windlass control, twin spotlights, and a comfortable helm chair. Aft of the helm seat you find a nice L shaped settee with a large table. A great place for guests to enjoy the view when running. There is lots of storage under the seats and in cabinets forward, port and starboard. Engine Room The Engine Room is accessed by lifting the stairs at the front of the salon. The Engine Room is well laid out and all equipment is easily accessed, including the spare props. PROP 23 has been well maintained and the Engine Room is clean and organized. Cockpit / Deck General The Cockpit provides you easy access to the water and provides safe boarding from low floating docks. Access to the Cockpit is through the large transom door. There is a 50amp shore power cord on a cable master making hooking up shore power very easy. Aft of the Transom of the Cockpit there is a lift mechanism that makes handling the dingy very easy. You simply push a button and the entire swim platform lowers to let the dingy float free. There is a cockpit station on the port side of the cockpit with engine controls and a bow thruster control. There is a cockpit shower with hot and cold water. There are 5 rod holders in the gunnels. The upper aft deck has a Nauticle structures Davit allowing you to move the dingy from the swim platform to over the aft deck. Aft Deck This is your primary outdoor space. The wing doors provide shelter from the wind and spray from the side decks. The space is fully enclosed and provides full sun shade. On the forward wall you will find a sink, refrigerator with ice maker, and a trash compactor. There is power and cable for hooking up a TV. The yacht comes with comfortable outdoor furniture and indoor/ outdoor carpeting.
