Each participant is required to carry two photocopies of their college/department identity card. The participant shall also be required to produce her/his identity card on demand. Each participant is also required to carry an authority letter for participation from the Principal of the concerned college. Online Registrations closes on 15th February 2018. On desk Registration shall be on the day of event and close one hour before the event commences. On desk registration on the day of the event is mandatory even if registered online. Decision of the judges shall be final and binding. Slots would be allotted on first come and first serve basis on the desk registration. No last minute entries would be entertained. Participants are requested to bring their own CD's (no MP3 CD's) containing only one track on which they would be performing. The prizes will be awarded through NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer). The participants are required to carry their bank details. s mentioned in Book for events to be referred.the college and organizing team reserves the right to alter/modify any of the rules.
