ProDiver Diveport Netdiver Visual Integrator DI Production Online classes are available, beginning with the basics. Training is delivered via stard meeting software. We can show you how to navigate through Diver without you ever needing to move away from your desk. A limited package of courses is available for this type of training. 2. INTERMEDIATE DIVER PRE-REQUISTITES 1. BASIC DIVER 1. Basic Diver This training is designed specifically for new users. It s the introduction to Dimensional Insight the Diver Solution. The environment is optimised so that the user can quickly become familiar with Diver through data based on real situations tailored exercises. Diver Terminology Data Windows Types of display (tabular, graphs, reports) Navigation Analyses Focus, group, find Manipulation of columns Familiarity with MS Windows. Experience with Excel or a similar product is an advantage. This training is designed for experienced users, is to build on the concepts skills developed in the Basic Diver course. 2. Intermediate Diver You must have taken Course 1, Basic Diver, or have six months experience. Familiarity with MS Windows. Experience with Excel or a similar product is an advantage. 3. ADVANCED DIVER 3. Advanced Diver This 2 day-long course delivers all the advanced functionality of the ProDiver interface including Time Series, Period Comparison Divebooks. This course is designed for proficient users. It also presents different tools best practise for creating effective, relevant graphs using the various different options available in Diver. 4. VISUAL INTEGRATOR & MODEL DESIGN 4. Visual Integrator & Model Design This 2 day workshop teaches you how to use the Visual Integrator add objects to build an Integrator Script. The script manipulates files fields allows you to transform them with calculations etc before exporting in TXT, SQL or Diver Model format. It also considers what you need to take into account before designing building a Diver Model. Data Discovery (collection of information, choice of attributes) Structure of DI Models Building Models (inside the Model file, factors influencing the size) Components (Types of files, Block factor, Working Set) DiveMaster (DivePlans, Alias, Info, Fields Lookup Tables, Model Simulations, Dynamic Dimensions) Calculations Functions Experience in Model building in programming is useful. Familiarity with MS Windows also with the production environment which holds the Builder Integrator software.

6. PRODUCTION TOOLS PRE-REQUISTITES 5. CLIENT/SERVER ADMIN 5. Client/Server Admin On this course you will learn how to install Diveline: including security, addition of users, editing settings access control for folders models. Some knowledge of system administration in a production environment familiarity with MS Windows are requirements. Configuration of the network Client/Server Security options (access control, authentication of users groups of users) Installation (platforms, files/models, Client/ Server pre-requisites, testing) Configuration (DI Config, tabs: general,users, groups, alias, ACL, DLCGI) Performance This course is designed for IT professionals who are involved in the management maintenance of a Diveline server, but also for people responsible for creating maintaining data data governance. This day-long course presents the Diver Solution production tools. 6. Production Tools Familiarity with MS Windows. You must have followed Course 1, Basic Diver, Course 2, Intermediate Diver Course 5, Client/Server Administration. This course is designed for administrators or experienced users of the Diver Solution who want to learn how to use production tools. DI-Production DI-Broadcast

You will learn the technical basics used in creating this decision-making portal; how to install configure Diveport; add security rules; create pages tailored to user requirements. Installation & Implementation Authentication Creating the first environment Adding portlets Security Config personalisation options Designing for Mobile Devices Some experience of creating or modifying Diver Markers, or Course 1, Diver Basics. You should also have completed Course 7, Client/Server Administrator. You will learn how to navigate access your data using the NetDiver interface. This course covers the ad-hoc functionality available to users with a General License. Familiarity with MS Windows. 9.
