Conditions of Entry PLEASE READ CAREFULLY GATES OPEN FROM 7.30AM All conditions must be adhered to for us to comply with our insurance requirements. Please read all rules, failure to comply could result in you or your child not being able to compete. We don t wish to cause distress for anyone, we would rather you rode happily and safely. Thank you. 1. PCAV approved Helmets (AS/NZS 3838 or ARB HS 2012 or EN1384 or ASTMF1163 or PAS105 or VG01.040) and smooth soled riding boots and MEDICAL ARMBANDS are compulsory in all rings. NB: THERE CAN BE NO NEGOTIATION ON HELMET STANDARDS PLEASE CHECK THAT YOUR HELMET COMPLIES. 2. No plaiting or jackets 3. Everybody fills in the Liability Declaration Form 4. $10 Day Attendance Fee is due UNLESS you are a financial member * of EV/EA; AHS; SHCA; AERA; an Interstate Pony Club; or can prove personal Liability Cover of at least $10,000,000. *Must produce proof. 5. Riders without adequate Insurance Cover pay $10 for Liability Only cover for the duration of the event. (Not personal Medical) and complete the Day Participant Waiver. 6. PCAV club member cards must be inspected at the secretary s office. PCAV Insurance Policy specifically states anyone not following PCAV Rules may be left uninsured. 7. Riders may share horses however a maximum of 5 show jumping rounds per horse, " Queries, protests, horse abuse as per PCV Handbook of By-Laws ". 8. No children on foot, in prams or in backpacks etc are permitted to be in the ring. 9. The organisers reserve the right to add, delete or alter any events deemed necessary. 10. The judges and committees decision will be final. 11. No rigs, colts or stallions allowed on grounds. 12. No dogs allowed on grounds or in vehicles. 13. Liability: The organisers and members of the Colac Pony Club accept no responsibility for any injury, damage or loss sustained by any competitor, spectator, animal or equipment. Competitors compete at their own risk and are solely responsible for any accident or damage sustained. 14. Neither the organising committee of this competition nor the PCAV accepts any responsibility whatsoever for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, riders, ground spectators or any other person or property. 15. There will be NO REFUND on unused tickets whatsoever. 16. PCAV Alcohol Policy applies. 17. PCAV Lungeing Policy applies. 18. Entering this competition constitutes acknowledgement that PCAV rules apply and acceptance of these rules. 19.
