EXHIBITOR INFORMATION ENTRY DATA: Entry Fee is $35 per class except classes in which money is offered. Entry Fee is $50 in classes. Entries close June 1, 2018. Entries postmarked after this date will be considered post entries and will be charged $25.00 per horse post entry fee. All entry and stall fees will be refunded on request before the closing date for entries. After this date, refunds will ONLY be made upon bona fide casualty to horse, exhibitor, or exhibitor s family received or postmarked no later than June 9, 2018. There will be a $25.00 office charge per horse. Stall fees will not be refunded. Double Entry Fee will be charged if not paid before class. STALLIONS may not be entered in classes which specify ladies or junior exhibitors to ride or drive. JUNIOR EXHIBITORS are those who have not reached their 18th birthday as of December 1, 2017. STALLS [WITH DOORS] are available at $140.00. NO INITIAL BEDDING PROVIDED. Please call in advance for bedding. Exhibitors will be held responsible for the condition of the stalls and will have to pay for the repairs of any damage done to the stalls + two people from Three County Fairgrounds will be doing a stall inspection. Stall doors may NOT be removed for any reason. Tack stalls will be $140.00. Exhibitors will be charged for any extra stalls used (for any purpose). Stall fees may NOT be split on Entry Blank. FIRE/SAFETY REGULATIONS. The following must be adhered to in accordance with the Town of North Hampton Fire Regulations and Public Safety Codes: No Smoking in the barns or seated area of the Coliseum. Fire proof material must be used for all stall decorations. Drapes may not be placed across aisles. Bedding material and the like will not be allowed on the floor of any aisle. ALL FANS AND ELECTRICAL CORDS MUST BE THREE PRONG GROUNDED. STALL PANEL REMOVAL POLICY: Stall Panels can be removed. Only Fairgrounds personal are allowed to put the panels back up. This is for Safety reasons. There is $100 per stall charge for this. ARRIVAL OF ENTRIES. Stalls will be available for occupancy at 8 am, Tuesday June 12, and STALLS MUSTBE VACATED BY 12 NOON SUNDAY June 17. Management reserves the right to: a. Add to or vary the list of invited officials, b. Add, cancel, combine or divide any class should the best interest of the show be served, c. Decline or refuse any entry at this show without being liable for compensation and d. Eliminate from further competition any exhibitor or horse should the best interest of the show be served. A service fee of $50 will be assessed for processing returned deposited checks. If payment is not made, proper authorities and associations will be notified. Bills owed to Feed Man, Veterinarian or Blacksmith must be settled before horses are allowed to leave the grounds. DAY EXHIBITOR POLICY: If you are showing out of your trailer, you must check in with Management upon arrival for proper parking area and parking sticker. Any unsigned letters of complaint to Horse Show will not be discussed. ALL VEHICLES must be parked in the areas designated by Management. Parking will not be permitted in front of the barns, by order of the Fire Department. No one under the age of 16 is allowed to drive a motorized vehicle of any kind on the grounds of Three County Fairgrounds. No motorized vehicles in barns Due to Mass. State Law, all children 12 yrs & under must wear a helmet when riding a bicycle. No roller blading or skate boarding will be allowed on Three County Fairgrounds. All adult riders and drivers in any amateur class must have a current USEF or NEHC amateur card in their possession. CAMPERS. Limited parking space for campers will be available. The fee is $225.00. DOGS will not be permitted on the show grounds unless restrained by a leash. A charge of $25.00 will be made for the return of any dog found loose on the show grounds. Exhibitors will be expected to clean up after their dogs, especially in the areas adjacent to campers and food service facilities. Post entries will be accepted only until the close of the preceding session. A class may be cancelled at the beginning of a session due to insufficient entries at that time. Failure to scratch an entry before the close of the preceding session could result in a fine of $10.00. While the show is in progress, only authorized persons are permitted in the ring. Exhibitors who wish to approach the judge may do so only after obtaining permission of the show steward and only if the conversation will not delay the show. PRIZE MONEY will be distributed in the ring in as checks upon presentation. The Summer Kickoff Horse Show terminates liability. Prize money will be distributed in the following manner : $200.00 Class - $80.00/$50.00/$40.00/$30.00 $100.00 Class - $40.00/$25.00/$20.00/$15.00 $75.00 Class - $30.00/$20.00/$15.00/$10.00 NOVICE RIDER/DRIVER CLASSES. Riders of any age who have not won three (3) 1st place ribbons in classes at NEHC rated shows. Status in riding classes shall not effect status in driving classes, and vice-versa. Jr. Exhibitors riding in the Novice Rider Classes qualify for the Jr. Exhibitor Champ. in that division, & Adults in the Novice Rider Classes qualify for the Amateur. * NON NEHC RATED + NON RATED NHH&TA

The age of the rider must be listed

on entry blank. Headers for Lead Line riders must be at least 18 years of age. Horses that are used are to be LESSON HORSES. Horses are not to be judged (See Horse Eligibility). Class splits will be made at the manager s discretion. There will be a minimum of holds allowed, please be prepared to enter the ring when the class is called. There will be a 2 minute gate call per class. RIDER ELIGIBILITY: A rider MAY NOT enter in any other division at the show. A show rider that has shown in a regular division class or in a full riding suit at any show is prohibited from participating further in the Academy Division, with the exception of the Show Rider Classes. Once a rider has competed in ANY level wearing a full suit, they are ineligible to compete in Academy classes at any point thereafter.
