Members are expected to acquaint themselves with these rules in order to guide their children and guests. Failure to comply with the rules may be cause for suspension or revocation of a member s pool privileges as stipulated in the Club s By-Laws. GENERAL All persons using the pool do so at their own risk. The Club and pool management company will not be responsible for any accident or injury in connection with such use. The Club will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal property, nor for stolen articles. ADMISSION 1. Your membership will be activated after annual dues are paid. Each member must sign in at the front desk with his or her membership card upon arriving at the pool. If the member does not present a membership card, they may be asked to present a government-issued identification to verify their identity. If the online membership system is unavailable, the front desk staff will verify the member s identity and manually log their access to the facilities. 2. Membership cards are issued to family members 11 years of age and older. Membership cards are property of the Club, are not transferable, and may be subject to a $5.00 replacement fee. 3. A guest pass must be used for each guest. Guest passes can be purchased at the front desk or as indicated on the Club web site. Guests may be required to sign a liability waiver before being permitted to use the Club facilities. 1

4. Regardless of swimming ability, children under 11 years of age shall not be permitted within the pool enclosure unless accompanied by a responsible adult or designated caregiver. Children under 13 years of age may sign in to the pool unaccompanied once they have passed the Club s basic swim safety test, as administered by the pool management staff: Swim 1 length of the pool without stopping and tread water for 1 minute. 5. All participants and spectators in Club swim and dive NVSL events are expected to abide by the NVSL Standards of Conduct which can be found on the Club web site. GUESTS 1. Passes for guests may be purchased from the Club at the front desk or as indicated on the Club web site. Each guest pass shall entitle one person to use the Club s facilities for one full day. Guests two years of age and under are free. Guest passes are valid for the current season only and good for the day they are used. 2.
