Rockliffe Hall is without doubt my best work so far and it is maturing beautifully. Interesting and strategically strong golf holes meandering through new water features, wetlands, floodplain storage basins, species rich grasslands and tree plantations - an ecological haven, and yes, off the gold tees it is the longest course in the UK. A well struck tee shot is a must to this spectacular island green! Keep the ball below the hole and it gives you a great chance of a par. Water cuts in on your right, sand waiting on your left. The green is the only place to be on this hole. A wetland and large bunker set on both sides of the landing zone make this an interesting tee shot. Can you carry the bunkers to the left and shorten this hole? 8

We held our annual golf day at Rockliffe Hall and I wanted to say I found that the service throughout was impeccable and the staff were extremely efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. Our clients found the venue very impressive and the staff welcoming and friendly.
