Please reserve your stall as soon as possible. RULES and INFORMATION 1. Please email all entries to hiddenlakefarm@gmail.com 2. The entry fee is $20 per class, or $25 per class after 10 pm Wednesday prior to the show. There will be an office / NTHJC scholarship fee of $10 for each horse/rider combination, and a
non-member fee of $20 for riders who are not members of NTHJC. There will also be a $5 paramedic fee per horse/rider combination per day. 3. Warm-up classes are open to all. NOTE: It may be necessary to cancel one or more of the Warm-up classes if there are so many entries in the show that our ability to complete every division becomes threatened. 4. Riders must wear ASTM/SEI Helmets at all times while mounted. Proper show attire is required. As per NTHJC rules, no polo shirts or chaps are allowed. Exception: Polo shirts may be worn by jumper riders only. 5. Proof of a negative Coggins report within one year is required by the State of Texas. This must be shown before numbers can be issued. Absolutely no exceptions! 6. A horse/rider combination may only cross-enter into hunter divisions with fence heights of a 6" difference, except the limit divisions. This includes eq flat and under saddle classes. 7. All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. 8. Dogs must be kept on a leash held in hand at all times. 9. Refreshments will be available on the show grounds. 10. Management reserves the right to change, cancel, or combine classes, alter courses, and do all things necessary to compensate for excessive or inadequate entries. 11. All Medal riders must be members of NTHJC 2018. Once a rider wins the medal class twice, he/she may not ride in that class again. 12. All NTHJC recognized classes (except warm up classes) with 20 or more competitors will be divided. All courses are designed or approved by Becky Rainwater. - Please be familiar with all NTHJC rules - PLEASE BE AWARE! Release forms dated 2018 must be presented for each rider, and negative Coggins report for each horse. A release form is a legal document, and must be signed by a parent or legal guardian for riders under age 18. Trainers cannot legally sign for a parent. Please go to our website, hiddenlakefarm.net and print the release form and make sure a parent signs for each minor child. Release forms are good for the entire year in which they are signed. ********** WARNING
