Customer service has always played a big part in my working life. I worked for many years as a receptionist then many years in accounts payable. A change in direction brought me to Meritor. What are your main responsibilities? I talk to customers on a daily basis, provide information and feedback on their orders and work towards meeting all delivery requirements. How do you maintain excellence in customer service? I strive to exceed customer expectations and provide them with the information and assistance they require at all times. Why do you like working in customer service? I really enjoy my job. I enjoy talking with customers and I am lucky to work with a fantastic team.
