All levels are progressive with candidates required to demonstrate proven post qualification experience at one level before progressing to the next level. Everyone must be a current Swim England (SE) member at the time of application Attached are the national forms that have to be completed and returned to me at the address above to enable me to process them on behalf of the Swim England. I am a volunteer, just like most of you. No cash will be accepted, a cheque has to be enclosed with the applications, this is made payable to "Swim England". If individuals, clubs and counties wish to pay the fee by bacs payment I will forward this to the club/ applicant etc, please request the information at the time of submitting the course application(s). Timekeeper (TK) The role of the timekeeper, reporting for gala duty, allocation of duties and equipment, procedure for recording a time, determination of official manual time, splits, back up button, lap cards, bells and whistles, FINA Rules for timekeepers. The role and duties of Chief Timekeeper, FINA rules for Chief Timekeeper. If you are wishing to run a TK course please as the club complete the Club TK course form at the top section and get each TK applicant to complete an Officials course application form. The reason for this is, I need to capture for my records all the information on the official s application form, the club version does not have spaces for all the personal details. Minimum age 14 years. I can provide the club organiser with an excel application sheet with all the data required, which will be easier to complete. 25.00 for up to 10 timekeepers, 11-20 timekeeper s 50.00 and so in. Swim England have changed the TK registration and payment process, the application form is to be sent to David Metcalf, applications are processed by me via the TK online payment system, a BACS payment request is raised and I will forward the email generated on the club contact to arrange payment direct by bacs. Judge Level 1 The role and responsibilities of Inspector of turns, FINA rules for Inspectors of Turn, reporting of infringements, and the role and responsibilities of Chief Inspector of Turns.
