At Big White Ski Resort we are proud of our reputation for providing quality visits at exceptional value to Church and Non-Profit day groups. Our Groups Department is committed to providing quick and efficient service to help you plan your day trip. Take advantage of our one-stop shop to organize all activities, transportation, food and beverage and other mountain services. We customize packages to suit your specific needs and can accommodate budget to fully catered, all inclusive options. At Big White we give special consideration to Church and Non Profit Day groups. Packages are available for groups staying off mountain with a minimum of 20 people, with one group leader taking responsibility for the group and providing all payments. If you re a local, we will consider you a group if you have a minimum of 16 people. Non-profit day groups are required to provide proof of non-profit/charitable status. Mother Nature blesses us with 750cm (24.5 feet) of 100% natural, dry and fluffy powder snow up to and beyond the season, every year. This abundant snow fall provides endless days of fresh lines and winter fun. How do the Groups Department make booking so easy? PREPARATION: We know that Big White Ski Resort is the perfect place for you to enjoy a fun filled day on the slopes! We want you to know that you are not alone in running such a trip, our Groups Department will work together with the Group Leader to ensure easy preparation and an even easier time on the mountain. To get started; we have outlined pricing and policies to help you decide on the best package for your Group. To get a quote; simply let us know that your group is interested in hosting a trip up at Big White Ski Resort and we will send you our Request form. This allows us to collect all the important information we need to create the perfect Ski Trip! To book; once the booking is ready to go ahead, we will provide you with a full timeline of payments and processes for your booking. Before you arrive; we will send you our Lesson & Rental form so we can collate all the necessary data for your arrival, making your on mountain time enjoyable and stress free! ON ARRIVAL: You will be welcomed to Big White Ski Resort by our friendly ski resort staff. We will present you with an arrival package that will include all of your tickets & vouchers. DEDICATED GROUPS DEPARTMENT Our dedicated team specialize in looking after Church & Non-Profit groups of all sizes. value We give special consideration to Church & Non-Profit Organizations. GREAT WEATHER Big White enjoys some of the best weather in British Columbia. We boast an average temperate of 5 C (23 F), allowing you to ski and board all day in comfort. LIFTS & LESSONS Our highly trained ski and snowboard instructors are ready to teach your beginners, or develop the skills of your more experienced people. Every chairlift accesses a wide variety of challenging terrain including at least one green run, so all ability levels can comfortably explore the mountain. ABUNDANT ACTIVITIES Skiing and snowboarding are not the only things to do at Big White. We have an outdoor skating rink, tubing park, horse drawn sleigh rides, dog sledding and snowmobiling, amongst others.

Day Group booking & cancellation policies day group payment schedule TIME FRAME GROUP SIZE POLICY Within 15 days of making the booking All Groups 50% of booking or maximum of $250 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit 7 Days prior to arrival All Groups Full payment is due ** Big White Central Reservations requires one payment per group; individual payments will not be accepted. If payment is not received by the due date the booking will be cancelled and subject to the applicable penalties. ** Payments may be made by: MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Diners Club, Discover Card, company cheque, wire transfer or money order. All payments must be made in Canadian Dollars. Personal cheques are not accepted. All company cheques must be made payable to Big White Central Reservations Ltd. All groups must provide a letter from the Church Administration stating that the trip is sanctioned by the Church. Non-Profit groups must provide proof of Non-Profit status. 2. The group rates are strictly valid for groups staying off mountain. 3. Group rates are based on a minimum of 20 people with a minimum of 20 lift tickets purchased. If you are a local we will consider you a group if you have a minimum of 16 people. 4. Rental Damage Waiver is available as an add-on for $2.00 per day (tax included) and is payable directly to the rental shop at time of collection. 5. Taxes are not included (5% GST on lift, lessons and helmets. 5% GST and 7% PST on rental equipment). 6. All rates are in Canadian Dollars. 7. All activities are weather dependent. 8. Should the group size fall below 20 people (or 16 people for local groups) all rates are subject to change. Additional Day Group Booking Stipulations ** All notifications of cancellation must be sent directly to Big White Central Reservations Groups Department in writing by email or fax ** A group leader is required to act as liaison between Big White Central Reservations Groups Department & the group. Details of a group booking will not be discussed with individual guests that are part of the booking all correspondence must be directed through the group leader.
