All horses are subject to examination by HITS officials/designated representatives and/or state officials (collectively officials ) for determining whether such animals are, or have been infected/exposed, or are likely to become infected with an infectious or contagious disease. If after such examination, officials have reason to believe that an animal s health condition places other animals at risk, such officials, at their sole discretion, may quarantine such animal (and others that may have been infected/exposed) or, if appropriate, require that such animals be transported off the grounds. All participants agree to fully cooperate with event officials and abide by their decisions and instructions. All horses exhibited in this show participate entirely at the owners risk. Neither the Organizing Committee, show volunteers and staff, the facility or its owners, any host GMO, USEF or USDF or their members will be responsible for any damage, injury, or loss to persons, horses, or property of exhibitors or spectators.
