CONDITIONS OF ENTRY VENUE: Perth Horse & Pony Club Jon Sanders Drive Osborne Park WA. ENTRY FEES: $20 per equid class or $75 in total for unlimited classes. GROUND FEE: $10 per equid ENTRIES CLOSE: March 20, 2017 LATE ENTRIES: Accepted at $25 per event or $90 unlimited events. NO ENTRIES ON THE DAY Competitors do not have to be a member of an ACDS Club to enter; non-members must pay A One Activity Membership Fee (Insurance) $30 1. The organisers/committee reserve the right to cancel or combine classes if there are insufficient entries. 2. The organisers do not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to horses, harness or vehicles, owners, drivers, passengers, spectators or any other persons or property whilst at or near the venue of this event. 3. The organisers reserve the right to alter or amend this programme in any way it deems fit without giving prior warning. 4. Withdrawals from competition will be accepted with a vet certificate for a full refund less $10 administration fee. 5. Protests in writing within 30 minutes of the event ending accompanied by $50 which must be given to the head of the ground jury. $50 is non refundable if protest is dismissed. The ground jury s decision is final on all matters. 6. Blinkers All equines must be wearing blinkers while in harness 7. Drivers aged 6-10 years are to be accompanied an adult ACDS member who is a competent driver, holding a second set of reins and sitting next to the Junior. 8. Drivers aged 11-15 years must be accompanied by an adult ACDS member who is a competent driver and sitting next to the Junior. 9. Driver 16-17 years may drive a pair of ponies but not horses or larger combinations. 10. Drivers 16-17 years and under may drive a stallion with approval from the ground jury. 11. I understand that if I choose to wear a helmet, it must comply with one of the following standards: AS/NZS 3838; EN 1384; ASTN F1163. With the kitemarks BSI, SEI marked SNELL E2001 or SAI GLOBAL 12. All junior drivers 17 yrs and under must wear an approved helmet as above. 13. It is recommended that all competitors have a suitably attired handler available at all times. 14. All equines competing must be 3yrs old or over. 15. No classes will be held up so please be ready. 16. Public liability insurance- Any person causing a claim to be made against the ACDS Inc. Insurance policy is personally liable for the excess amount as determined by the insurance policy at the time of the incident 17. Strictly no dogs 18. Strictly no hay 19. Equines are not to be tied to a float which is not hitched to a towing vehicle. 20. Standardbreds/Trotters shown in a spider are eligible for class 7, 15, 16 Whip classes, 43 &45 21.
