Description Cornish Gaff Cutter - 1982 - Keenly priced at 54,950 Gaff cutter designed and built by J.R Jackson of Mylor and first launched in 1982, inspired by the lines of the Falmouth working boats. The hull is carvel planked in 1 ¼ X 1 3/8 Iroko on 1 ¾ X 1 ¼ steamed oak frames spaced at 9 centres. Between 1997 & 2000 she underwent a major 'bare hull' rebuild which included an all new deck, a new coachroof and a complete new interior built to an excellent standard with particular attention to detail for long-distance cruising. In 2015/16 there was a further refit with a new Douglas Fir mast and rigging fitted, some new Patrick Selman sails, & new navigation equipment and electronics.
