Kinetic Molecular Theory of Gas Ch 10 pg 329-330 Parameters for an ideal gas 1. Made of tiny particles that are relatively far apart 2. Collisions between the particles does not lose energy 3. Particles are in continuous rapid random motion 4. There is no attraction between particles 5. Sample Gay-Lussac s Law Problems The pressure in an empty aerosol can is 103 kpa. If the can is thrown into a fire and increased in temp. from 25.0 C to 928 C what will the resulting pressure be.
