ACCOUNT MANAGER ON COMPUTER OR MOBILE DEVICE: Website and Login Information To get started, please visit https://am.ticketmaster.com/valerotexasopen/ and login using the credentials provided to you in the email. *If you were not given a password, please click forgot password to reset it. Use the email address the link was sent to. 3
ACCOUNT MANAGER ON COMPUTER OR MOBILE DEVICE: MANAGING YOUR TICKETS Once you are logged into Account Manager, select the Manage Tickets button to see a full listing of the ticket(s) you are able to access and manage. 4
ACCOUNT MANAGER ON COMPUTER OR MOBILE DEVICE: MANAGING YOUR TICKETS Select the ticket tile pertaining to the day you would like to print or transfer ticket(s) for. 5
ACCOUNT MANAGER ON COMPUTER OR MOBILE DEVICE: MANAGING YOUR TICKETS Once you have selected the day, you will see the ticket(s) available to you on that specific day of tournament week. On your computer, you have the option to either print or send the ticket(s). On your mobile device, you will be able to send the ticket or download the ticket by clicking scan barcode and save to your device. 6
ACCOUNT MANAGER ON COMPUTER OR MOBILE DEVICE: MANAGING YOUR TICKETS To send ticket(s), click send and select the actual ticket(s) you would like to transfer by clicking on the box next to the seat number. Once you have selected the seats you would like to transfer, click the Send button. 7
ACCOUNT MANAGER ON COMPUTER OR MOBILE DEVICE: MANAGING YOUR TICKETS Enter the Recipient s name of who you are sending the ticket(s) to. This will be helpful in seeing who has claimed their ticket(s). Copy the link for this individual to claim their ticket. Paste this link into an email to send to the individual along with the Recipient Ticket Guide. 8
USING THE PGA TOUR APP: DOWNLOADING THE APP To get started, please download the PGA TOUR App. You will open the App once downloaded to the Home screen. Click on the drop down menu in the top right corner. 9
USING THE PGA TOUR APP: CREATING AN ACCOUNT Click on the MY TOUR button in the bottom left corner. Click on the My Tickets button. 10
USING THE PGA TOUR APP: CREATING AN ACCOUNT You will be prompted to log into a TOUR Account. If you do not have an existing account, create a new one. Fill out the following information and click Submit at the end. 11
USING THE PGA TOUR APP: CREATING AN ACCOUNT Once you have created your PGA TOUR Account, please sign in to Ticket Account with the email and password provided to you. If you were not provided a password, click forgot password to create your own. 12

USING THE PGA TOUR APP: CREATING AN ACCOUNT After you have reset the password, return to the PGA TOUR app and sign in to the PGA TOUR ticket account. 14
USING THE PGA TOUR APP: MANAGING YOUR TICKETS Once you are logged in, you will be able to see your available ticket(s) in your account. Click on the Manage Button to claim or transfer your ticket(s). 15
USING THE PGA TOUR APP: MANAGING YOUR TICKETS Select the day you would like to access and click Transfer. Select the ticket(s) you would like to transfer. Click Continue. 16
USING THE PGA TOUR APP: MANAGING YOUR TICKETS Enter in the individuals name you would like to send the ticket(s) to. Then click Done. You may include a message with this transfer. If the information all looks correct, click Complete Transfer. 17
USING THE PGA TOUR APP: MANAGING YOUR TICKETS You will be prompted with the following screen after the transfer has been sent. The individual who receives the ticket(s) will receive an email similar to the one below with a link to access their ticket(s). 18
