The sympathetic architect was instructed to ensure that a beautiful view could be seen through every window of the House: the result is stunning and provides every bedroom and communal room with its own garden view overlooking the fourteen acre estate. Significant ongoing investment ensures that the house continues to provide an environment that is bright and beautifully appointed, with touches of luxury at every turn: hotel standards with a distinctly homely atmosphere. It stands in sympathetically landscaped grounds on the outskirts of Wellington. This area is known for its outstanding natural beauty. Although on the outskirts of the town, Oaktree Court is accessible to the M5, shops, pubs, restaurants and public transport links being close by. Oaktree Court isn t just a place to stay, it s a place to call home. There are spacious bedrooms, nearly all with garden views and all fully furnished 4
and tastefully decorated to a high standard. All rooms have television points, nurse call alarm and smoke detectors. The Oaktree Court management team, personally supervised by the owners, empowers all its residents and their families to participate in the management and development of their environment. Each resident is treated as an individual, with the right to exercise choice in all aspects of their care. The house is registered to provide personal and nursing care for older people. Twenty-four hour cover is provided by a qualified, experienced and committed care team specifically recruited for their sensitivity, dedication and professional expertise in this area of care. All specialist equipment is available. Respite care services are also available. 6
