This water ramp Freestyle skiing event will take place on Friday, August 24 th for the Big Air competition, Saturday and Sunday - August 25 th & 26 th - for the aerial competitions. The Toyota Mondial Big Air competition held on Friday will have 3 categories for men and woman: Junior, Amateur and Pro. It will be judged on the general impression by AFP judges. The athletes will do 2 jumps and the best one will determine the athletes who will qualify to the final battle. The Toyota Mondial Junior competition held on Sunday will be divide into 4 categories for men and women: U10, U12, U14 and U16 and over (16 years old are included). It will include jumps that are executed in aerials (no off axis) and will be judged by Ski Acro Québec s rules, adding the 2 jumps in qualification and 1 jump in the finals. Registration: Registration by internet at www.acrobatx.com, in the competition section Registration deadline o 24 hours before the opening of the competition Please note that a $ 20 fee will be added for late registration Entry fees Big Air Junior or Amateur and Junior Aerial 1 day event 50$ Big Air Pro 1 day event 80$ Additional event + 35$ Form of payment o On the web site by credit card 3. Registration office: Friday August 24 th, 2018 and Saturday August 25 th, 2018 from 9 am. Sunday August 26 th, 2018 from 8 am. A 20$ refundable deposit will be required for the bib. 2

Categories ** : The age categories (women/men) are: Big air competition: - Junior: Under 14 years old - Amateur: 14 years old and older, single maneuvers only - Pro: no age limit and double maneuvers required for men Aerial competition: - U10 and under - U12 - U14 - U16 and over (**) The organizing committee has the right to move an athlete that is alone in his category to a higher one. 5. Format Big Air: The Big Air competition will be judged on the general impression by AFP judges. There will be qualification rounds in the afternoon and finals on the evening for all categories. o Junior and Amateur Quota : 80 Qualification : - Best of 2 jumps - Ladies: Top 3 qualify for the final - Men: Top 3 qualify for the final Finals : - 2 best of 3 jumps o Pro Quota : 80 Qualification : - Best of 2 jumps - Ladies : Top 6 qualify for the final - Men : Top 10 qualify for the final (2 athletes will pass directly to the finals) Finals : - 2 best of 3 jumps - Each rider must spin in right direction and in left direction - 6 Ladies : Battle / 3 athletes on the final - 12 Men : Battle / 3 athletes on the final 3
Aerials: The aerial competition that includes all the aerial style jumps will be judged by the aerials rules and by Ski Acro Québec certified judges. The categories will be divided into two groups. The U10 and U12 will compose the first group and the U14 and U16 categories, the group second group. Quotas: 80 competitors Qualification : - Sum of 2 jumps; top 50% of each category go to final Final : - 1 jump 6. Responsibilities: All the athletes, the officials and the other accredited members are taking part of this event at their own risk. Each competitor must have his or her own medical and life insurance, which covers the performance of training and competition maneuvers. They also must be a valid member of Freestyle Canada. The organizing committee, the sponsors and the Centre Acrobatx Yves Laroche, Ski Acro Québec and Freestyle Canada are not responsible for any of the risks, the danger and the possibility of injuries, damages, loss or death that are inherent risks to the athletes, the officials and other related people. The lifejacket and helmet are mandatory. The mouth guard is highly recommended. 7. Lodging Official lodging of the event, Les Chalets Alpins offer discounts for the Mondial Acrobatx. Lac Beauport and Quebec City host many competitions each year. When you and your sports team come to compete or train, they can accommodate your entire team and their families. They will answer your accommodations needs. Their properties are 10 minutes from Centre Acrobatx Yves Laroche and only a 20 minutes drive from downtown Quebec City.
