Last year's tournament was a tremendous success, but this year, we're shooting for something even better. We listened to your recommendations and have selected to host this year s event at the Mission Inn Resort and Club, located in Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida. This year s venue offers a multitude of activities. In addition to golf, there is fishing and boating, skeet shooting, swimming, tennis and the SPA Marbella. But for you golf fanatics, this year s event offers two championship courses, El Campeon is rated the #1 course in Florida and #2 in the US by Golf Advisor, and Las Colinas is rated the #3 course in the US as well. Remember, you don't need to be an avid golfer to participate in this event as our goal is to have fun while raising money in memory of our beloved son, brother, teammate and friend. For those who were fortunate enough to have known Trent, your life has been truly blessed. He is truly one of god s angels and a friend to all! BIAF has several offices located in communities and trauma centers throughout Florida, where Resource Coordinators are available to communicate by phone and in person to assist the TBI survivor and family member. Resource Coordinators provide ongoing, proactive, phone and in person support to the TBI family in the hospital, at home and in the community. Resource Coordinators are available to help families from the time the injury occurs throughout the various phases of recovery, and are experts in national, statewide and local resources necessary to live stable and productive lives. There are more than 500,000 homeless people in the United States and most are searching for essential life comforts of food, clothing and shelter. This number continues to grow and the Jimmy CORE Foundation believes it is their responsibility to help as many of these individuals possible. The foundation focuses on providing essential life comforts so that this group can focus energy on returning to their place in society. XL.ENT Soccer (Excelling Exceptional Needs Through Soccer) is the only indoor soccer program in Central Florida that caters to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) The program started in June 2014 and has since benefited over 70 families from the Orlando area. Players aged between 8-14 participate in a weekly training session at XL Soccer World.
