Marketing Initiatives CRP / Energy Star Awareness and promotion campaign Target members to inform and encourage their participation Promote the value of specifying and using CRP rated products for customers and designers Build awareness campaign of the ability of AMCA Labs to test and certify for the Energy Star designation Increase sales and use of AMCA CRP seals
Marketing Initiatives Redesign of AMCA.org web site Design more dynamic and interactive website Integrate website into new data system Include microsites, blogs, marketing automation, and dynamic content enhancements Develop comment, Q&A, and search functionality for pubs and standards library Streamline content categories and navigation Establish regional websites for Europe, Asia, and Middle East consistent with AMCA International Website
Marketing Initiatives Expand reach, frequency, and content delivery vehicles for AMCA inmotion magazine Expand AMCA inmotion brand to include digital, and non-traditional vehicles for title (newsletter, webinars, technical symposia) By 2019, expand hardcopy and soft-copy editions of AMCA inmotion to multiple issues (2-4 per year)

Marketing Initiatives Initiate survey and Net Promoter Score/Customer Experience Management (NPS/CXM) schedule Develop and conduct Member Satisfaction and Communications Preference surveys, including CRP awareness component; translated and conducted in Mandarin and Korean Initiate NPS/CXM surveys after interactions with lab, store, membership, and meetings to ensure we are learning and improving from our customer/member facing activities
Marketing Initiatives Formalize Subcommittee for AMCA Education and Training Programs and Services Create a chaired/staffed education subcommittee Coordinate and plan education/training programs/services, including: Webinar series, possibly tied to AMCA inmotion AMCA Certified Fan Design Engineer, Air System Technician, Etc. Coordination of AMCA Seminars and Conferences (Sound Seminar, ASET-US, etc.)

The old system has outgrown MS Access. Many internal processes would have to be redeveloped for the web either way to accommodate external international partners. Having a unified interface will simplify future application maintenance and expansion.

Strategic Plan for 2018-2021 Timing of the Plan and AMCA s Budget Now Budget s been approved (sans strategic initiatives) July 16 - Strategic planning session August 7-10 Senior staff, Tim O Hare and Doug Yamashita retreat to develop proposed tactical plan. August and early September Develop supporting budget for strategic and tactical plans. September - Obtain major committee review and buy-in of tactical plan. Adjust as necessary. October Present strategic plan, tactical plan, and supporting budget to membership.
