Agreed This application must be accompanied by a nonrefundable application and permit fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) for a noncommercial parade; or a nonrefundable permit fee of five hundred dollars ($500.00) for commercial parades. Applicant(s) and/or sponsor(s) may be held financially responsible for any and all street barricades, traffic cones, or other traffic control devices distributed to the street closure sites by City staff in conjunction with this parade for the purpose of securing the event area.
