Muskoka is known as one of Canada s premiere destinations for endurance sport training and racing, and trimuskoka is the leading authority in muskoka when it comes to endurance sports training and racing. In 2015, we debuted the inaugural TriMuskokan to over 150 athletes from our local community and throughout Ontario. Only in its third year, the TriMuskokan saw considerable growth of the event to 360 athletes this past year. The reviews and feedback that we received from the athletes were overwhelmingly positive with respect to the race itself, and the event experience that each if them had. The TriMuskokan Short Course Triathlon consists of: A Try-a-Tri (400m swim/10km bike/3km run, as well as a swim/bike event for those that can t run) A short course triathlon (750m swim/30km bike/7 km run). Within this event, we have relays, a swim/bike event. A short course duathlon (2.5km run/30km bike/7.5km run). Triathlon Club Challenges for participation and performance that we invite clubs from across the province to participate in. Our new corporate relay challenge was welcomed by several businesses both locally and from across the province Our event is one that truly gives back to the community. The financial model of this race is different than most triathlon events. As a not- for- profit race run by the community, any of the profits realized will be reinvested into endurance sports infrastructure and initiatives in our community, as well as local sports and charitable organizations. TriMuskoka is offering the opportunity to align your company, your products and your services to help support this fantastic grassroots and homegrown event.
