It is the responsibility of the pupil to inform parents & carers if they are going to attend the activities. The school will not make phone calls home if pupils do not attend the activities after enrolling. If pupils enrol for an activity they should attend every week until the end of the course. If pupils do not attend regularly they will be asked to leave the activity. We operate the activities on a first come / first served basis and sometimes we may have to refuse pupils a place on the activity.
