Juniors may reserve courts not earlier than two hours in advance of play. Juniors may play with a parent any time the courts are available and without a parent at such other times as the courts are available. Appropriate tennis attire and smooth soled shoes are required for everyone within the tennis fence. Shirts must be worn at all times. Food and drinks are not permitted within the tennis fence. Guest fees and playing restrictions will be established by the Board of Directors. Members are responsible for registering their guests and paying any fees. BYLAWS In addition to the House and Grounds Rules, all members, regardless of membership classification, are subject to the bylaws of Lincolnshire Fields Country Club. The bylaws govern membership classification, board and committee structures, and the privileges and voting rights of Club members. In addition, the bylaws prescribe how the Club s finances must be managed, how assessments and dues may be levied, when and in what form meetings must be held, the remedies for arrearages and misconduct and procedures for transferring or cancelling membership.
