If affected person is not breathing, apply artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. Get medical attention. Considered to be moderately toxic (Ethyl Alcohol). Do NOT induce vomiting if victim is unconscious or drowsy. If material is swallowed, rinse mouth with water. If within the first 15 minutes, give Syrup of Ipecac. Call Poison Control Center. Get medical attention or advice immediately. If irritation occurs, wash with soap and water. If irritation persists, get medical attention. Immediately flush eyes with water for at least 15 minutes while holding eyelids open. Consult a physician. 5.
