Registration Day will be Sunday, 6 th August 2:00pm 5:00pm in the Members Lounge. Numbers this year will be strictly confined to 208 players for the Main Program (4 days) and 52 players for the Complementary Program (4days). Nominations will be put in order of being received i.e. the Main Program will be filled first followed by the Complementary Program unless the Complementary Program is requested. Any entries received after this will be placed in chronological order in a stand-by list. Cancellations in the Main Program will be filled from the Complementary Program if desired and any cancellations in the Complementary Program will be filled from the stand-by list. On the Registration Form, please complete Golflink number and advise current GA handicap. Handicap changes will be made on Registration Day. Maximum handicaps for the Week of Golf are: Men 36 [Graded in 3 Divisions] Ladies 45 [Graded in 2 Divisions] Graded Divisions will be determined after Registration Day and will be dependent on numbers to even out the grades. Enclosed is an Information Brochure, Registration Form and a Social Club membership form. Our parent club is again offering social club membership at no cost. This will enable you to get members discounts on food and beverages in the Club throughout the Week. The NSWVGA has advised that, at registration, all players must produce their white membership booklet duly signed by a Club or Group Secretary, OR their Group or Club Veteran membership card signed by a Club or Group official to verify their eligibility. GENERAL INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS: Men - Must be affiliated members of a Veteran Golfers Association and hold a current Golf Australia Handicap. Ladies - Partnered ladies need not be Veteran Golfers, but must hold a current Golf Australia Handicap and aged 50+. CLOSING DATE: Entries will be accepted in order until course capacity is reached. The closing date for entries is 31st May 2017. Faxed Entry Forms are acceptable. ENTRIES: Entries will only be accepted for all four (4) days. To be eligible for the 36 hole event, players must compete all four days. CONTROL: The Match Committee shall control all Competitions and reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary. In the event of a dispute the Tournament Director s decision will be final. HANDICAPS: All players must provide proof of exact current handicap. Maximum handicaps: Men - 36 Women - 45. GOLFLINK: Players must present their Golflink CARD at Registration. LOCAL RULES: Local rules appear on the back of score cards and should be read in conjunction with Local Rule board outside the Pro Shop. Current Club dress standards also apply. REGISTRATION: Registration will take place on Sunday in the Members Lounge at CTH Golf Club between 2.00 and 5.00 pm and the Main & Complementary Draws will be on display. CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS: Competition fees will be refunded to 30th June. Refunds from the 1st July will be at the discretion of the Tournament Director. Prepaid Dinner reservation will be refunded up until the Tuesday prior. $10 administration fee on all cancellations. NAME TAGS: Competitors are requested to wear Name Tags at all times. TROPHIES: Excluding the 4BBB event (Monday) a player may win either the NSWVGA Shield (Thurs) or the CTHVGA 36Hole event (Tues & Fri) but not both and one other event. Trophies will be presented at the BBQ on Tuesday 9th August (Mon/Tues events) and at the Dinner on Friday 12th August (Thurs/Fri events). The event will be conducted over four days, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday with a lay day on the Wednesday. This year total players will be restricted to 260 in all with the Main Program catering for 208 players and the Complementary 52 players.
