HISTORY The members of TRRHC have worked hard to ensure the continued growth and development of our club. This was done in recognition of fewer volunteers and decreasing external income streams. To this end a number of changes have taken place in the last few years Further strategic planning is needed to ensure our continued growth both on & off the pitch 2011 2012 2013 2014 Strategic development committee formed to develop a plan for growth. Key suggestion was splitting the committee in two EGM held to amend club rules. Committee split with committee dealing with hockey & daily running, and council dealing with the complex and the strategic decisions First year of committee & council. New club manager role formed. First fundraiser in years raises over 14,000. Growth of mens side of club but ladies senior teams had a poor year New front pitch installed. Cafe trialled in updated clubhouse. Mens 1st team win ISC. Pitch bookings drop.
