Registration fees for the K5 are $FREE (skiers must pay full Reg. fees for add l Hills*. Other Junior Hills (K10/25/40) are $20.00 per Skier. Additional small hills are $10.00 each*(*limit One Add l Hill). In addition, a Biography Form must be completed by the athlete in order to fulfill registration requirements. Registration Forms are available on Norge s website (www.norgeskiclub.com). All fees must be paid in advance in order to receive a Competition Bib. The Registration Desk is located on the main floor of the Norge Clubhouse. Registration Desk hours: 9:00 11:00 am on Saturday (payments only) for the Small Hills tournament. 6:00 PM REGISTRATION K70; Saturday & Sunday All Skiers must be preregistered by Wednesday (Sep. 19th) in order to participate. Fees for participants on Saturday and Sunday are $40.00 per day per skier. K70 registrants must have a current USSA number to participate. A- Class will be open for men only. Be sure to circle/check the class for each day on the Skier Registration Form and don t forget to fill-out a Biography Form, which is mandatory. Coaching Fees are due when registering or picking up Bibs on Saturday and/or Sunday. Make a separate check payable to: Central Division. TOURNAMENT BUTTONS Everyone must have a button! All registered jumpers will receive two entrance buttons for their family or friends. Buttons are $15.00 at the gate and $10.00 if purchased before the tournament from local merchants, and are valid for both days. GATES Gates open at 11:00 am on Saturday and Sunday to the public. From this time on everyone walking through the gates will need a button. If you are with a Jumper make sure you check them in before the Registration Desk closes in order to receive your (2) complimentary buttons. The competition season is from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019. *Source: USSA 2018 Nordic Competition Guide Mandatory USSA/FIS Helmet Requirements for all Sanctioned Competitions* Crash helmets The use of crash helmets is compulsory for all events. The shape of the helmet must conform to the shape of the head. The distance measured at any point between the outside surface of the helmet and the head shall not exceed 7 cm. Helmets with visors or integrated face shields, detachable or not are not permitted. The crash helmets used for international FIS competitions shall comply with the standards applicable for crash helmets for alpine ski competition (crash helmets to be used in GS/SG/DH). Compliance with the standards is to be attested by the corresponding specific standardised conformity label affixed in a non removable way at the back of the helmet in a location which is and shall remain visible. The label shall in particular not be covered by the goggle strap. The conformity label (Label "RH2013") confirming compliance with the standard applicable to helmets to be used for international FIS competitions is shown in attachment. The labels affixed by manufacturers shall comply with the specifications set forth in the enclosure below: Label attesting conformity with FIS specifications for Alpine racing helmets (GS/SG/DH): * FIS - Specifications for Competition Equipment Edition 2016/17
