Hotel reservation deadline: 1 March 2016. Possible reservations of extra rooms after hotel reservation deadline will be surcharged with an additional 10%. After the 5 of March 2016 any cancellations of rooms will result in 100% of the charge of the hotel costs. Cancellations of rooms cannot be made at the checkin. Injuries, visa, problems or sicknesses are not valid reasons for cancellation of rooms. In case of any damage to hotel property or competition venue caused by members of a delegation, their national federation will be charged by the organizing committee. Accommodation will be in order of reservation. In the case of covering all hotel beds in the proposed two hotels, the organizers reserve the right to change the hotel are reserved respecting the category. 3

TRANSPORT The OC will arrange transport from International Airport to the official hotel, for all participants who are placed in the official hotel, and also from hotels to the sports hall and, finally back to the airport. Please, provide the organizers exact information about your arrival and departure (means of transport, time and date of arrival, flight number etc.), so they can organize everything on time. WEIGH-IN The athletes official weigh-in will always be scheduled the day before the competition. Athletes competing in more than one discipline (Fighting and Ne-Waza) must weigh in for each competition separately without any tolerance in weight. National Fighting Team competition Athletes having fought at the individual championships will not be weighted in again! Athletes participating only at the team championship must pass the weigh-in control the day before the competition 8. JU-JITSU GI AND PROTECTORS All competitors must have and use Ju-Jitsugi according with the JJIF rules for oficial competitions. Please observe the regulations of the JJIF as far as advertising on the Ju-Jitsugi is concerned. 6
9. FINANCIAL CONDITIONS Competitor Fees 85 (as JJIf financials rules). ANTI-DOPING CONTROL All members should make their competitors aware that there could be a doping control for several athletes in fighting or duo system. If you have entered in the World Championship and are taking any medication or plan to take any medication, please check with your doctor whether your medication contains any substances on WADA's 2016 Prohibited List (http://www.wada-ama.org/documents/world_anti-doping_program/wadp- Prohibited-list/2016/WADA-prohibited-list-2016-EN.pdf). You will need a Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE), if it does. JJIF automatically recognizes all TUEs issued by National Anti-Doping Organizations (NADOs), so please contact your NADO if you need a TUE and do not already have one. If you have any difficulty in applying for a TUE through your NADO or there is no NADO in your country, please contact the JJIF TUE Committee Director, Mr. Paco Luis Gomez (pacoluisgomez@gmail.com). 11. Referees Each country should provide minimum 1 referee for up to 6 participants, 2 for up to 15 participants, and 3 for 15 participants and more. An 800 fee will be requested for not having the right number of referees and collected by the JJIF organizing federation on the spot (conditioned for participation before the draw). This rule doesn t apply to new members during the first 3 years. Referees should attend the briefing meeting on Friday afternoon. 7
Neither the organizing committee nor the JJIF will be responsible for not respecting this obligation! However, if there won t be enough referees for the competition to take place in good conditions, JJIF may decide to complement the pool of referees with national referees of the organizing federation decided by JJIF Referee Committee. The list of qualified referees is available on www.jjif-referees.com. 12. Dress code Coaches accompanying the athletes to the tatami will wear the national team track suit with sports shoes (closed). For the finals, formal clothes (with jacket) are recommended. Athletes on the podium will wear the white competition gi, without any additional materials on their persons (flags, religious symbols, bottles of water, slippers etc.), according to SportAccord guidelines. 13. Flags and Anthems Don t forget to check the flag and anthem of your country with the organizer when you arrive. We suggest that you bring with you your national anthem (short version) to avoid any possible problem. 8
Appendix: Statement about liability NATION/TEAM: RESPONSIBLE OFFICIAL (capital letters please): STATEMENT Of accepting general conditions for participating at the event as defined in Invitation to the event, accepting JJIF Competition Organizing and Planning and fair-play in general, and accepting responsibilities and liabilities as follows: Legality and right to participate. We are fully aware that all competitors must have a legal passport and sports passport of their respective nation! Medical certificate is needed, not older than 12 months, certifying their fitness for competition. Competitors that will reach the proper age in the present year (from 1.1 to 31.12) have the right of participation in designate category. Responsibility. We hereby attest the responsibility that coaches and team leader are responsible to make sure that all participants are physically fit, prepared and capable to cope with championship. Liability. We understand and recognize the right to the O.C., JJIF and National Federation not to accept any liability what so ever. Neither the organizers of the event, nor the Thailand Ju-Jitsu Association, JJAU or JJIF (or any of their officials or members) will be liable or responsible for any personal injury nor for any loss or damage to any property arising out of participations and travelling in connection with this championship.
