PRIVILEGES & BENEFITS Unlimited Golf Membership provides no restrictions to the total number of rounds that a Membership holder can play in a season. 14 Days Advanced Booking The most advanced booking window available. (4) days more than all other Membership Classes and (6) days more than the public. * No Ballots Tee-Times do not require Membership Holders to submit ballots to secure the tee-times they desire, instead you simply click, pick & play. ** Family Membership Shareholder Unlimited Membership provides discounted annual dues rates for spouses, intermediates and juniors all on the same Membership. Driving Range Included Driving range use is included for all active Personal Unlimited Membership Holders. Loyalty Purchases Program Earn points for food and beverage and pro shop purchases throughout each season. These points can be redeemed at any time in the form of a gift card. Points not claimed by March 1st each season expire. Powercart Rental Discounts Discounted daily rental rates and season passes are options that have been created to add value to Members. Guest Fee Discounts Woodside has introduced both weekday and weekend guest fee rates. Players playing with Members are eligible for these rates. Golf Canada Membership includes new GOLD Membership in Golf Canada which provides globally certified handicap accreditation and additional perks. Association Membership Members are provided access to Golf Canada, Alberta Golf, Calgary Ladies Golf and Calgary Men s Golf Association events and programs through their Membership. Pro Shop Discount Members are provided with priority level 1 pro shop discounts. Full details available. No Annual Minimums No annual food and beverage minimums or clubhouse minimums are required of Membership holders. * League tee-time bookings are 8 days in-advance for all registered league players. **75% of weekend holiday prime tee-times are provided to Membership Holders (4) days in-advance of all other user groups.
PRIVILEGES & BENEFITS Interclub Woodside belongs to a number of different Interclub groups that provide an opportunity for Membership Holders to compete in home and away games throughout the season. Reciprocal Course Discounts Discounted green fees are available at 12 affiliated courses in Central Alberta. Times must be booked by the Woodside Professional Staff and can only be made 48 hours in advance. Subject to availability. PGA Professionals Woodside employs a number of PGA Professionals to manage the golf shop and provide certified lesson services. League Programs Woodside has created a number of different league formats and provides Members access to these leagues. Registration and prize fees may be applicable. Online Account Reviews New in 2018! Members with charge privileges will be able access and review their account charges online via a secure portal on the Woodside Website. Coming Soon! Charge Account Privileges Members have the ability to charge retail and food and beverage purchases to a Woodside account. An Account Privileges Contract must be completed annually. Club Cleaning & Storage Stop wrestling your clubs out of the car each time you play. This optional service provides Members with secure storage for their equipment at the club. Club cleaning is included with these fees. Locker Room Another optional service that provides Members with a secure area to keep their belongings at the Club. Early Payment Discounts Members can save up to 20% on their annual dues by forwarding payment in November. Discounts decrease 4% each month until the full payment deadline in April. Online Payment Options Woodside has developed convenient opportunities for Membership Holders to pay dues, tournament entries and league registration online. Access is available 24/7 from the comfort of your home or office.

ANNUAL REQUIRED DUES Principal Member (ages 26-65, before March 31st, 2018) Senior Member (ages 65-79, before March 31st, 2018) Senior Restricted Member (ages 65-79, before March 31st, 2018) Access Monday-Thursday ONLY Super Senior Member (ages 80+, before March 31st, 2018) Intermediate Member *ages (18-25, before March 31st, 2018) OPTIONAL DUES Spousal Member (ages 26-65, before March 31st, 2018) Spousal Restricted Member (ages 65-79, before March 31st, 2018) Access Monday-Thursday ONLY Intermediate Member *ages (18-25, before March 31st, 2018) Junior Member *ages (8-17, before March 31st, 2018)
OBLIGATIONS Woodside Unlimited Membership Holders are reminded that as per the Woodside Membership Agreement (Article 3.01-G), payment of Annual Dues for the Membership Holder are compulsory each season. Principal or Senior Annual Dues are an annual requirement of a Membership Holder. Exceptions 1) Permission to pay INACTIVE DUES in lieu of Principal or Senior Principal Dues. Should a Membership Holder have a valid medical condition that prevents them from golfing (doctor s note required), or be moving out of town (125 km or more from WoodsideGC) then the Woodside Membership Director may grant INACTIVE STATUS. Inactive Status comes at an annual fee of $425 and includes (5) - 18 hole rounds of golf that are transferable. 2) Permission to have a DESIGNATE pay and play on their Membership, A designate is a person who is willing to take over the commitment of the Membership s annual dues for the season. If a designate is found, then the Membership Holder transfers all of their Membership privileges and benefits to the designate for the current season. Woodside Unlimited Membership Holders are also reminded that as per the Woodside Membership Agreement (Article 3.01-H), if a Membership Holder does not meet their annual dues obligations and their Membership becomes delinquent for a period greater than (24) months, the Membership will be revoked and immediately returned to Woodside Golf Course Inc. with no remuneration forwarded. To be clear, the Membership will forfeit to Woodside Golf Course Inc. and the holder of the Membership will receive no compensation and have no further privileges at Woodside Golf Course.
