National Squad Coach: Ben Craven - Head Coach (Pool, Gym & Dryland) Sessions per week 9 About National Squad National Squad is the highest level of the Ringwood Swimming Club squad structure at present. Swimmers in this squad are expected to attend a minimum of 8 pool sessions per week of 2 hours in duration. In addition to this, swimmers are expected to attend 2 gym sessions per week and dryland for 30 minutes prior to all pool sessions. National Squad trains alongside Performance Squad at many sessions, allowing a smoother transition of swimmers through the squads. Swimmers in this squad are expected to make the highest commitment to competitive swimming to achieve success at national level competitions. The Head Coach of the Ringwood Swimming Club is directly responsible for the training of National Squad.
