Cooperation by New Taipei City Government Date November 26 - December 3, 2018 Competition Venue New Taipei Xinzhuang Gymnasium No.75, Sec. 1, Zhonghua Rd., Xinzhuang Dist., New Taipei City 242, Taiwan https://www.t-sports.ntpc.gov.tw/content/?parent_id=10142 We will provide 6 courts for tournament and 4 courts for practice. Competition Rule As set out by the English BISFed Boccia Rules, published on their official website. Please visit www.bisfed.com to download relevant documents. Eligibility Criteria All participant Nations must have the fees paid in full and be in good standing with the BISFed memberships for 2018. The Minimum age for competition is 15 years old as of the 1st of January 2018.
Event BC1, BC2, BC3, BC4 Individual Event BC1 / 2 Team Event BC3 Pairs Event BC4 Pairs Event (Please refer to BISFed s slot allocation for the maximum number of athletes) Maximum Number of Staff Staff Ratio is 1:1 Additional allowed: 1 Coach per Pair or Team / 1 Team Leader / 1 Medical or Technical Extra staff can be accepted, depending on the hotel s availability, and their rooms might need to be arranged at different hotels. Classification Classification session will be conducted. Please complete the Classification Certificate of Diagnosis Form and Classification Consent Form (can be downloaded from BISFed website) for new athletes or athletes with review status. Anti-Doping Doping Control will be conducted during the event according to BISFed rules and regulations. Medical services Organizer will provide appropriate medical first-aid services for all the participants at the venue. Organizer will accept no responsibilities for injuries or loss of wages due to accidents. Meals First Meal provided-dinner on day of arrival (26 th November) Last Meal provided-breakfast on day of departure (3 rd December) Breakfast and Dinner will be served in the hotels. Lunch will be served in the venue. It is the responsibility of each country to advise the HOC of any special dietary requirements as part of the 2 nd entry. Transport The official entry airport is Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport (code TPE). Bus will be provided for arrival and departure. Move from the hotel to the venue will be made by bus too. Important Notice Any requests for additional nights accommodation, meals or transport should be made directly to the HOC, will depend on the services availability and will incur additional costs. Entry Fee Entry fee is 900 USD per person This Entry Fee includes: -Transportation service between Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport (code TPE) and official hotel -Shuttle bus service between competition venue and official hotel -Accommodation from November 26 - December 3 2018, 7 nights ( Twin room use base ) -All meals:dinner from November 26 till Breakfast on December 3. -BISFed Capitation Fee. -Gala Dinner Rooms will be assigned by the HOC. Based on availability. Extra single rooms: Whenever possible, extra single rooms will be available. There will be an additional charge of 50 USD /day/room. Please contact the HOC as soon as possible to book these rooms. Extra days: Additional days will be allowed, upon hotel availability and will have an extra cost 100USD, including hotel (in twin room) and breakfast.
