GITTE has been a well maintained trawler her entire life. She started out in the Great Lakes area and made her way to the east coast where she has cruised the Chesapeake Bay for the last several years. It is reported that this trawler was built for one of the executives of American Marine, builder of the Grand Banks. GITTE has V-berth accommodations forward with an enclosed head and shower. Light, ventilation, and storage is good throughout the trawler, and this stateroom is no exception. The salon is up three steps. The salon has a inside helm to starboard, galley to port, and port and starboard settees in the aft portion. The double drop leaf dining table is fixed to the parquet sole. The teak interior is in fine condition. There is no sign of water entry around windows or doors. ETTIE has been/is a dry boat. The upholstery is original and in very good condition.
