Sadly, we have decided it is time to sell our beloved sailboat and we would love to see her go to a good home. Delphini is not a light-air racer but she is roomy and comfortable and equipped to spend days at a time out on the lake. 1969 PEARSON 35. A beautiful, classic sailboat in excellent condition and has never been in saltwater. Keel/centreboard. Draft: 3 9 /7 6. This engine is flawless; it runs perfectly and has never let us down. 12 X 6 three-blade propeller ELECTRICAL SYSTEM Three newgroup 31 deep-cycle house batteries plus one start battery; Balmar 65 amp alternator with smart charge controller and Blue Seas Automatic Charging Relay. ProMariner 30 amp battery charger. AC system redone with new wiring, fixtures and Blue Seas AC panel; 60 ft shorepower cord. SAILS AND RIGGING Full-batten North main sail with LazyMate system (2002); 155 genoa (2002) on Furlex roller furler. Spinnaker with hardware and pole. Sail cover. Two Harken 44-2ST winches and two Barient 22 spinnaker winches. Two Barient 10 halyard winches on mast. Heavy-duty SS standing rigging; internal halyards. Several older, hank-on jibs, including storm jib. ACCOMMODATION Roomy vee berth forward; next aft is a head to port with Blake-Lavac vacuum toilet and holding tank, sink and shower; good storage. There is one large and one small hanging locker across from the head. The saloon has transom and pilot berths to starboard and dinette (convertible to double berth) to port. There is extensive storage in drawers and lockers and the interior is nicely finished in varnished mahogany. A kerosene brass trawler lamp hangs over the saloon table and a gimballed oil lamp is mounted on a bulkhead. The interior bunk and settee cushions are in like-new condition. Brass halogen reading lights in saloon and vee-berth. GALLEY Galley is aft with sink and gimballed, three-burner propane stove with oven, to port. To starboard, is a large icebox, with Adler-Barbour 12 volt refrigeration conversion. A hot/cold pressure water system with an AllCraft hot water tank. Navigation, steaming and foredeck lights; Orca Green LED masthead light. DECK AND HULL Solid fibreglass hull. Bottom has epoxy barrier coat and VC17 antifouling. Full-length solid mahogany rubrail. Varnished teak cockpit coamings, grabrails and trim. Teak cockpit gratings. Edson wheel steering with traditional varnished wheel. Dodger, cockpit cushions, six large fenders, emergency tiller, 5/8 docklines. Simpson-Lawrence Hyspeed manual anchor windlass with 125 feet chain and 75 feet nylon rode and a 15 Kg Bruce anchor. Second anchor is a Fortress with 10 feet of chain and 75 feet of nylon rode. Force 10 propane barbecue. 26 gallon (120 L.) monel fuel tank, 30 gallon main and two 19-gallon water tanks. Heavy-duty steel cradle. LOCATION Delphini is currently berthed in Northern Harbour on Lake of the Woods, Kenora, Ontario. A berth is available. Delivery is available.
