Actions of immediate need Strong, sustained and honest commitment and effort from the political level as well as all stakeholders on the roles from each of them. Sustained effort and commitment towards building the capacity in road safety related efforts and their sustained implementation. Strong, effective, sustained monitoring and evaluation mechanism with effective adoption of feedback from the process.
