One of the City of Prior Lake s missions is to enhance the quality of life for citizens by providing quality services which result in a safe and healthy community through recreation and leisure opportunities. The City of Prior Lake hosts a variety of community events throughout the year, bringing people together to foster community identity and pride with fun and exciting activities. This is an invitation for you to partner with us and promote your business in conjunction with Prior Lake events. We take great pride in our events and want them to be successful, so great efforts are made to market each event. Our marketing efforts help draw large crowds, which provide great opportunities for businesses to reach Prior Lake, and surrounding communities, through our sponsor opportunities. Jan. 12, Feb. 2 and Feb. 23, 2019 Party in the Club (3 events) 50-200 People Attend Each Event 10:30-noon/ Club Prior Party in the Club is back again! Warm up your winter with three free winter parties for kids & their families to get out of the house and MOVE! May 4, 2019 Spring-A-Ding 500-1,000 People Attend 10am-noon/Lakefront Park Come out to celebrate spring and get excited for summer in Prior Lake. Enjoy Kidsdance, a petting zoo, pony rides, inflatables, and more. Oct. 5, 2019 Fall Frenzy 1000-2000 People Attend 10am-12pm Join the City of Prior Lake Recreation Department for this great FREE fall event. The Kids Pedal Tractor Pull, Pumpkin Painting, live music, pumpkin bowling will be returning this year! Dec. 6, 2019 DecemBRRR Dazzle 1,500-3,000 People Attend 6-8:30pm Santa and a few of his reindeer will be on hand for photos with children in Lakefront Park along with ice carving demonstrations, bonfire with the fire department, and more.

June 7 and July 12 Beach Parties (2 events) 300-1,000 People Attend 11am-2pm / Sand Point Beach Come to the beach for a big party! Activities like face painting, wacky hair coloring, games, and crafts, while supplies last. Kidsdance will also be there with music, contests and more! Limited concessions will be available for purchase. Music in the Park (3 events) 200-350 people attend each event May 17, June 14 and Aug. 16 7-9pm/ Lakefront Park Bandshell These concerts are free and open to the public to attend. Bands will perform at the Lakefront Park Bandshell. Food trucks will be onsite with concessions available for purchase. Mondays, June July Neighborhood Park Parties (5 events) 100-250 People Attend each event Mondays, June 17-July 22 (excluding July 1) Prior Lake Recreation staff hosts a free party at different parks through the summer. Each event is from 6:30-8pm and there will be crafts, games, a *police car and a *fire truck (*when available).

June 14 Friday, June 14 th from 4-7pm at Lakefront Park. The Penny Carnival is a great event for families to attend where children can spend their own money playing games and participating in activities. We average approximately 500 in attendance at this event. - Option A: The business I represent would like to work a game at the event that we will provide along with 300 prizes to give away. We are not accepting duplicated games. If you return a sheet with a game that another business is already providing, we will reach out to you. Fee: $25 - Option B: The business I represent would like to work a game provided by the City of Prior Lake, but the business will provide 300 prizes to give away. Fee: $100 - Option C: The business I represent would like to provide 300 prizes to give away at a game the City will operate. Fee: $175 - Option D: The business I represent would like to sponsor a game that the City will operate and provide a prize for. Fee: $250 Year Round Activities Club Prior is Prior Lake s adult (55+) activity center, open Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 9am 3pm.
