P A G E 2 Notable Knights Alison Walker Alison Walker exemplifies the Loyalty trait of The Knight s Code. She is incredibly smart and does very well in school. However, being a good student isn't just some talent she was born with. Allison is loyal to her academics, and her grades and accomplishments are a direct reflection of the time and dedication that she puts into her studies. I can always count on Allison to turn in a high quality project or to score well on a test because she is loyal to her commitments. As a teacher, there's nothing that makes me happier. Kodie Wilmoth Kodie Wilmoth exemplifies the Perseverance trait of The Knight s Code. This student is truly is the epitome of perseverance. She sets high standards for herself and strives to better herself. Through thick or thin, she is constantly a reliable student that always plans ahead and is willing to go the extra mile to meet her goals. Overall, she has been an inspiration to her classmates that see her work ethic and strive to emulate her behavior. Mia Hernandez Mia Hernandez exemplifies the Unity trait of The Knight s Code. Mia is always positive and is constantly sharing her happiness with others. She's one of the kindest students I know at Independence and she always dedicates her day to making someone smile.
