8.2 Engineering controls Emergency eye wash fountains and safety showers should be available in the immediate vicinity of any potential exposure. Use mechanical exhaust or laboratory fumehood to avoid exposure. 8.3 Personal protective equipment 8.3.1 Eye/face protection Use equipment for eye protection tested and approved under appropriate government standards such as NIOSH (US) or EN 166(EU). 8.3.2 Skin protection Handle with gloves.
