Seating is unreserved in each seating section. Come early to grab a good seat. REGISTRATION Everyone attending the event must register THERE ARE 2 OPTIONS FOR REGISTRATION Wednesday 12 th September 5pm 7:30pm (highly recommended) Or Thursday 13 th September 9am 11:30am Please allow at least 30 minutes for this process. At registration, you will receive your wristband, workbook and name badge. Diamond & Solitaire clients registration will be inside the Diamond Lounge. For Solitaire clients, your exclusive Behind-the-Scenes tour will take place at Pre-Registration on Wednesday 12 th September between 5-7.30pm Diamond & Solitaire clients need to be registered by 9:15 am on Thursday 13th to gain priority access to the room. The event doors open at 9:15am on Thursday 13 th so register the night before or come on time to registration on Thursday and grab a good seat! You can leave your belongings on your seat (do this at your own risk) and go grab a coffee or visit our product booth selling all of Tony s latest products. Register on Wednesday night, or early on Thursday to grab a good seat! TICKETS E- Tickets will be emailed out approximately 6 weeks prior to the event. E-Tickets cannot be emailed until all attendees unique details are known (Name, Email, Postal Address and Contact Number.) This is a requirement for anyone wanting to participate in the firewalk. The E-ticket will gain you entry into the event. You are required to bring your E-Ticket to registration on Thursday, so please print it off & keep it safe! Your ticket will also be scanned each day your enter the venue, so please keep it safe each day. Seating is unreserved in each seating section. Come early to grab a good seat.
WHAT TO BRING E-Ticket printed or on smart phone ID must be presented with your ticket at registration Firewalk waiver form print, complete & bring along to the event (a link to this will be sent with your event checklist closer to the event) A pen to write notes in your workbook Warm jacket or coat Snacks (see the prohibited items list for special conditions) Please remember to take your belongings with you at the end of each night. SECURITY SECURITY CHECKPOINT All persons and parcels will go through a security screening upon arrival at the event. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all of our guests, all person entering must be appropriately credentialed. Credentials and other entitlements are non-transferable and void if altered. All persons, bags, parcels, clothing and other items may be subject to screening/security checks at this entry point and also within the event. We reserve the right not to allow any bag, parcel or another item to be brought into the event and to deal with any unattended object in such a way as we consider appropriate. PROHIBITED ITEMS Weapons of any kind or objects that appear to be weapons including toy weapons or projectiles, chains or spiked wrist/neckbands or studded belts. Cameras, ipads or tablets and audio/video recorders of any type are not permitted inside the arena. Camera tripods and Selfie sticks (hand-held extension poles for cameras and mobile devices). Suitcases, coolers/eskies, backpacks or bags larger than 30cm x 30cm in size. Banners, posters flags or signs larger than an A4 sheet of paper Pets or other animals except for approved service animals, which must remain on a leash and with the owner at all times. Recreational devices such as drones, remote controlled toys or any conveyances with wheels other than a mobility device for a disabled individual. Glass containers or bottles, or cans permitted in the venue. Each attendee will be permitted 1 x 600ml PET Plastic bottle of water. Commercial food (fast food or food items purchased from a full service restaurant) excluding items purchased by approved vendors and/or Arena catering outlets Commercial packaged food and chewing gum Alcoholic beverages or illegal substances of any kind Fireworks, flares, Glow sticks and LED Signage, laser pointers, permanent marker/felt type pens, scissors or aerosol canisters
Electronic cigarettes (e-cig or e-cigarettes), personal vaporises, electronic nicotine systems or any other vaporisers Motorbike helmets or balaclavas, bicycles, skateboards or skates Horns, trumpets, sirens, whistles or Vuvuzela type noise making devices Strollers, prams, baby capsules or umbrellas longer than 30cm when in the closed position Any other items that we determine may be harmful or disruptive. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES The sale of goods or services or the display of goods or services for sale. The distribution of printed or recorded materials of any kind. Unauthorised events, demonstrations or speeches, or the usage of any flag, banner or sign for commercial purposes, or to incite a crowd. Photography, videotaping or recording of any kind for commercial purposes or the recording of any portion of the stage program. Engaging in any unsafe act or other act that may impede or negatively impact the operation of the event or the enjoyment of the event by participants. We may photograph, film, videotape, record or otherwise reproduce the image and/or voice of any person who enters the event and use the same for any purpose without payment to any person. We reserve the right to deny entry or to require a person already admitted to leave the event, without refund, liability or compensation if we consider that the circumstance so requires.
