Moment of Silence: 1:45pm Marks a moment for our collective community to reflect on our past, those we have lost, our journey to this moment and our movement forwards into the future. This moment to take pause is difficult to facilitate, however, with assistance from the Parade Marshals, we hope to make this more effective. Parade Marshals should: set an alarm, prepare group a few minutes prior, be prepared to cut music, have drivers/walkers stop when Moment of Silence starts. Moment of Silence is a complete stoppage of the parade.
Parade Marshals are responsible for their entire group.at all times.
