2 3764/2PP TRIAL SPM 202 ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY - PAPER 2 MARKING SCHEME No. Soalan (a) i) Inner Thread A Jawapan a) Firstly, mark the centre point using centre punch and hammer. b) Clamp the workpiece to a vice. c) Drill the centre point using drill bit size 8.5 mm diameter d)fit tap size M0x.5 to a wrench. e)positioned the tap vertically to the hole. f)turn the wrench clock wise. g)then turn the wrench anti clock wise. h) Repeat steps f and g until the tap shank is reached. i)then use plug tap and repeat steps f and g. j)finally use bottoming tap and repeat steps f and g. Place a rivet in the hole. 5. Place the rivet nail into the rivet gun. 6. Press the gun trigger until the nail comes out from the rivet and then leaves the rivet stuck to the joint. 4 3764/2PP (2a) i)pembinaan acuan - Acuan berbentuk tiang dan rasuk dibina dengan menggunakan kayu dan papan lapis. - Papan lapis dicantum dengan menggunakan paku. - Acuan perlulah disokong supaya lebih kukuh. ii) Pemasangan tetulang keluli - Jenis yang digunakan ialah tetulang keluli tegangan tinggi berbentuk berbunga. - Keluli dibentuk seperti bentuk L - Besi pencekak dibentuk segi empat dan Besi pencekak akan diikat kepada tetulang keluli dengan menggunakan dawai halus. - Tetulang keluli ditempatkan ke dalam kotak acuan sebelum penuangan konkrit. iii.penuangan konkrit / Meletak konkrit - Konkrit dibancuh dengan menggunakan nisbah bancuhan konkrit :2:4. - Konkrit kemudian diletakkan dalam acuan tiang dan rasuk sehingga penuh. - Konkrit menjalani proses pemadatan bagi mengeluarkan udara terperangkap. - Setelah penuh, bahagian paling atas tiang dan rasuk di ratakan - Menjalankan proses kuring dengan menggunakan guni basah atau membasahkan permukaan konkrit dengan air. iv.pembukaan acuan - Acuan dibuka selepas 2 hingga 6 hari penuangan konkrit. - Acuan perlulah dibuka dengan berhati-hati supaya boleh digunakan semula (Mana-mana keterangan : 4 x M = 4M) 3764/2PP 202 Hak Cipta BPSBPSK

High-pressured fluid is formed and stopped flowing in the directional-control valve 4/3 in half position (K2). Jika tekanan melebihi daripada kadar yang ditetapkan, injap pelega tekanan akan beroperasi. 4. When the push button is press, directional-control valve 4/3 changes its position from K2 to K.
