We also need to leave an aisle length-wise across the back of the tent! Please take only the amount of space you need for your crates. No personal shade tents/e-z ups are allowed. No grooming tables are allowed under the exhibitor s tent. The grounds will be available for set up on Wednesday after 4 p.m. X-pens will be limited to 8 panels, for 3 or more dogs. (315) 945-5560 hjcordiddi@aol.com pawsinharmony.weebly.com Find us on Facebook! How to handle CONFLICTS Since this is a multi-discipline event (Agility/OB/Rally/Conformation/Lure Coursing) every effort will be made to accommodate conflicts /IF a course is still set up you will get to run! PLEASE try to schedule yourself to walk and run for the most efficiency for all disciplines! To help with this the running order in agility is the same all 4 days although the number of total runs varies from day to day. Please make sure you are on the start line and ready to go. If each exhibitor saves just 15 seconds per run, it can add up to hours! If you have a conflict with another ring, you MUST mark a C next to your dogs name on the check in sheet. If you do not mark yourself as a conflict, you forfeit your run. Exhibitors with conflicts should ideally run at the beginning of their class or at the beginning of another jump height. We will change the heights to accommodate conflicts. If you must run in a jump height AFTER yours, we will be unable to close out your class or distribute ribbons until you have completed your run so please be considerate of the other exhibitors. For exhibitors with multiple dogs, conflicts will be handled in the following priority: 1. Novice 2. Open 3. Excellent Thanks for making our trial run efficiently!
