The memorial walk/run is in memory of a local child who died of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome in December 2016. No registration is required for this free event. Rheinblick Open The Rheinblick Golf Course hosts the Rheinblick Open July 29-30. The 36-hole stroke play championship is open to all eligible patrons with a verifiable golf handicap. Reading by Design The Library invites readers of all ages to take part in the Summer Reading Program: Reading by Design. door Recreation Center hosts Recreational Shooting at the JMTC Wackernheim Range from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on July 22. Firearms are available for rent. Ranges include handgun plus 100-, 200- and 300-meter rifle. Hearing and eye protection must be worn on all ranges. Golf for the younger set Juniors ages 7-17 can start a lifelong relationship with golf during the Rheinblick Golf Course s PGA Sports Academy golf lessons. Youth Rock Climbing Community youths can take advantage of the Youth Rock Climbing program. The partnership between the Child and Youth Services Teen Center and the Sports, Fitness and Outdoor Recreation Center offers free rock climbing on Fridays with buses departing from Hainerberg and Clay.
