Shooter Information 1. Targets will be shot 5 per post, 25 per trap. 2. 2-yard maximum computer squadding limit - all Handicaps. 3. CLASSIFICATION/HANDICAPPING A. Classification will be based on your 2016 and 2017 ATA record and known ability. B. Handicapping and Classification will be determined by the qualified appointed personnel. C. Shooters are required to have both their 16-yard average and doubles average computed, for use by the Handicapping Committee, on the targets they have shot for the current year. The standard system will be used, whereby shooters will be classified on known ability and their official 16-yard and doubles averages. 16 YARD CLASSIFICATION Class AA...97% and over Class A... 94% and under 97% Class B... 91% and under 94% Class C... 88% and under 91% Class D...under 88% DOUBLES 5 CLASSES Class AA...93% and up Class A...89% and under 93% Class B...85% and under 89% Class C...78% and under 85% Class D...under 78% D. Shooter Handicap yardage and Singles/Doubles classification will be determined at the Classification Counter. Also at this time, any category declaration must be made. No shooter will be allowed to declare a special category after the first shot is fired in the event by the contestant. For purposes of special category declaration, the time of entry is when you are classified. THE ABOVE IS SOLELY THE SHOOTER S RESPONSIBILITY E. Shooter may shoot regular yardage for Targets Only Shooter would not be eligible for options, added money, or trophies. F. Classification changes made during the shoot will be posted and will be considered official when posted. G. No entry fee refunds, (including options and purses), unless an event is cancelled. Postponed events are not cancelled events and are not subject to refunds. H. Do not enter a late squad in one event and an early squad in the next event on the same day. I. A shooter may not make-up more than 50 targets on the practice traps if shooter misses squad. Shooter will have to be re-squadded. Make-ups, for broken guns or missing a squad, must be shot at practice traps within 30 minutes after the completion of each event.

4. TROPHIES/SHOOT OFFS TOTAL TROPHIES A. All ties in singles carry over to the next singles event unless otherwise noted. All other trophy ties will be shot off at the end of each day unless otherwise stated. If necessary, ties may be carried over to the next corresponding event, be shot off concurrently in succeeding events, or at a time designated by management. Anyone in a tie who leaves the grounds or does not answer a call will forfeit his rights for any trophy. B. Eligibility: VETERAN Trophies must be 65 or over SUB VETERAN Trophies at least 55 but under 65 SENIOR VETERAN Trophies must be 70 or over LADY I Trophies Female under 55 LADY II Trophies Female 55 and over JUNIOR Trophies must be 15 but not reached 18th birthday SUB-JUNIOR Trophies must not have reached 15th birthday JUNIOR GOLD Trophies at least 18 but under 23 All age-based categories are established on the first day of a target year and will continue as the same category through the entire target year, with the sole exception of Veterans which is effective on the Veterans 65th birthday. Shooters who become eligible for new age based categories during the target year may elect to continue to compete in the previous category for the remainder of that target year. Once a shooter has elected to move to the new category, that decision is irrevocable. To All Participants A. This is an invitational tournament. Management reserves the right to reject, or disqualify any contestant who in their judgement interferes with the harmony of the shoot or violates ATA rules and regulations. Also, management reserves the right to alter or cancel any part of this program. B. September 2017 version of the ATA rules will govern this shoot. It is highly recommended each participant review these rules before entry. C. It is each contestant s responsibility to check their scores before moving to the next post. If errors are noted, they are to be corrected at that time with the appropriate initials. Once the first shot is fired from the next post scores cannot be changed excluding MATH ERRORS. D. All contestants must verify their scores and special categories when posted on the scoreboard. These posted scores are final for Purse and Options one shooting hour after posting. E. All Purse and Options checks issued at the Mid-American must be cashed by August 01, 2018. Fall Festival, February 1, 2019. F. No entry fee refunds, (including options and purses), unless an event is cancelled. Postponed events are not cancelled events and are not subject to refunds.

G. All category shooters are eligible for only one trophy in each event. It is the responsibility of these shooters to see that they are designated at the time of entry. H. ATTENTION Any shooter who is tied for event champion may shoot off/carry over for the Championship trophy. IF a shooter fails in the Champion Shoot off/carry over and has declared a special category at the time of classification, the shooter will fall back to the declared category not runner up. Any shooter who has declared a special category at the time of classification and their score qualifies for any trophy in his/her declared category, they will compete for their category trophy and may not fall back to class trophies. Any special category shooter whose score does not qualify for a trophy in his/ her category, may compete for place, class or yardage group trophies. Once any declarations have been made either by a shooter or shot management, the declaration is final and cannot be changed. There shall be no exception to this rule. I. Registration and Cashier windows will open at 9:00 a.m. daily. No counter, second party or foreign country checks or credit cards will be accepted by the cashier. Checks will be accepted for the amount of shooting fees only. All entries must be in U.S. funds. J. No Pre-Squadding. K. A $3.00 ATA and $2.00 OSTA registration fee will be collected for the first entry of each day. L. Practice targets can be purchased; 25 targets for $5.00. Shells will be available on the grounds. Based on availability. M. Unless otherwise specified, all purse and options are percentage system. N. Payoffs start at 1:00 p.m. for the previous days events. O. Camp grounds are available on reservations only, please call (513) 422-5112. There will be a $15.00 per night camping charge. Please pay upon arrival. Water and Electric are available.
